I am very particular when deciding who I want to do work in my home regardless of the project. Perhaps it is due to my design background and my attention to detail. After reviewing many different companies, shutter options, lead times, quotations, and method of install, I was happy that I chose Elite Decor to provide plantation shutters throughout my home. This was not your average small job and included all bedroom windows, kitchen, living room, and slider panels on all impact sliding door openings. From the start, J.C. and owner of Elite Decor was professional, on-time, answered all my questions and always communicated by text, email or phone throughout the process. I don’t impress easily but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of installation which exceeded my expectations. J.C. is a perfectionist, very dependable, and I was very satisfied with his product and installation and highly recommend his company.

JC was awesome throughout the whole process. He was honest, punctual, responsive, and professional. They did a very clean job and were precises in their measurements. Would 1000% recommend to anyone.

WOW!!!!! By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a business in Miami. I called Elite Decor and within an hour I got a call back. Within a few days I had my quote and within two weeks (despite a holiday in between) my blinds were delivered and installed. The blinds are beautiful to say the least, JC is very personable, professional, punctual and affordable.

JC showed up when he said he would, and as always, did an excellent job of installing my plantation shutters. He is always very careful, and detail-oriented about his work, and goes above and beyond what is necessary to ensure that the job gets done right. I've used him before, and would use him again.

They did excellent job. I checked and tried every window and door. They work perfectly. One of my back yard door is big. To insure the blinds close tight he tried diffident angles. I really appreciate that. 5 starts easily!

From start to finish JC was professional and punctual. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that stuck to what they promised. He said our shutters would be ready in 2 weeks and they were installed 2 weeks later. He delivered quality shutters and zebra shades for our house that look amazing. Installed them with great attention to detail and cleaned up after. Would use them again and would recommend them to everyone I know. Great company to work with!

The reason for my poor review is because I never got a chance to even get an estimate from this company. At first, I left a voicemail back in November stating that I was interested in Plantation Shutters. I received a call from the owner later that day and I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The day of the appointment, I received a text from the owner asking to reschedule because he had to pick up someone at the airport. I agreed to reschedule the appointment and it was rescheduled for a few days before Thanksgiving. On the day of that appointment the owner sent me a text in the late afternoon to tell me that he was giving an estimate in West Kendall and then he would come over. It worked out because I got out of work a little later than normal and was stuck in traffic. Almost 3 hours later it was approximately 8pm when I received a call this time from the owner which he told me that he was done with his estimate and was able to be at my house in 30 minutes. Frustrated, I obviously told him that I needed to reschedule because of the time. Since the holiday season came around, I decided to put off the project and once again I contacted the owner once the new year began. I contacted the owner to schedule an appointment on January 4th and he sent me a text to let him know what area I was in and he would contact me the next time he was in my area and was available. I'm still waiting for him to contact me. Clearly at this time I will not be using this company. I would rather just use someone else who can come and give me an estimate like the other 3 companies that I contacted.

JC was amazing he came recommended by a friend when we met him he was very courteous and polite showed us all the samples and many pictures of work he had done. we work and he was able to come late to meet with us that was great. He told us the blinds would take two weeks and exactly two weeks to the hour he called said he had them to scheduled installation he came to install them exactly on time did a great job with very little mess. he also installed them very quickly and professionally
