I would NOT recommend. reason being that a deposit was paid on 10/21/2020 to paint the doors which they took to paint and once done would come back to do the cabinet and as of today 12/28/2020 nothing has happen. The company would not answer my calls or texts, and when they do they give me excuses about why they could not speak or show up to appointments. I AM ASKING THAT YOU NOT GO BY MY REVIEW ONLY READ ALL OTHERS YELP , BBB and others before contacting this company. ** CLIP from what one lady noted in YELP.. DO not trust. Junior and Manny Gonzalez Montes de oca are SCAMMERS! they go by Elite Custom Kitchen & Closets.

I signed a contractual agreement in August 14, 2020 and Deposit was provided the same day of contract. I have had no response from the Owner Junior and as of December 2020 I still do not have my work completed. All I am receiving from Junior is excuses as to why he hasn't performed his work. I have requested a refund for noncompliance with contractual agreement and Junior states he has no money. I am a business owner myself and have never encountered such horrible service and lack of performance as I have with this company. All the google reviewed showing 5 stars must have been done by the company themselves because there is no way this company is able to receive 5 start with the manner they conduct their business. Junior came to my house collected deposit but knew that what he was doing was stealing my money. I will be forced to know hire an Attorney and move forward with a lawsuit against this company.

I hired this company for my kitchen remodel. They came out and gave me an estimate for my kitchen. Then emailed me an invoice. I paid them a 60% deposit by check from my bank account. The deposit was given on July 16th, 2020. The company would not answer my calls or texts. They collected my deposit and basically left me with worthless empty frames on November 04, 2020. They brought the bottom frames after months of pleading with them. They came and left without completing the top frames. I waited week after week for them to bring the top frames. Nothing. They brought two top frames and installed them upside down. A complete disaster. I requested a refund. There are many others like m33e with empty kitchens and never-ending canceled dates.

I officially threw in the towel. I'm out $4,3000. 8 months later I was still texting, pleading and begging for a job to be done/completed that I paid for! Good luck to everyone who still is clinging on to hope. It's not going to happen.... there will be no positive outcome. Your kitchen cabinets will be uneven , distorted or faulty! As confirmed by numerous reputable professionals that have provided me with estimates.. I know junior reads these reviews, comments and updated reviews. They infuriate him!!!!!! For that I am sorry. Sorry because I am an honest person who tells it as it is. I will no longer entertain this. Bottom line is... honesty is the best policy. Ethics and common courtesy goes a long way. The lack of accountability is their major downfall. We all have problems , issues, financial responsibilities and set backs in life. However that is not an excuse or crutch for being dishonest , misleading or conniving. I pray this does not continue to happen to others that simply cannot bounce back from a simple set back that's cost them a few thousand dollars! I will complete my kitchen with someone else now. As I have now been given no other option.
