Elias team was great!! I had a mess in the backyard since last tenants at the house had completely abandoned it for about a year, you couldn't even walk! Elias came the same day I requested the quote, did everything in about 2.5 hours with a crew and 2 big trucks. EXCELLENT WORK!

I had a great experience with this company.

I would recommend their services to anyone. They were helpful and punctual and I will be calling them again for more work to be done.

First let me say, they safely removed a very large tree that was hanging over rooftops, electrical wires and weather heads. All of the crew worked very hard. However, they made several attempts to get the large bucket truck thru my double gated area and ultimately knocked one side of the gate off the concrete post. I discovered this myself, not because they told me. I asked if they could repair, to which they replied, yes. They then asked the neighbors to enter their yard with the truck and when backing out knocked their gate askew. The neighbor proceeded to repair himself. I was informed, by them, at the end, that they were not responsible for my gate, and they could have presented me with a contract stating this and that if they were not able to get the truck in the yard, the price would have been double. I don't think this is a great way to handle your customer.

These folks came out the same day they were called on Home Advisor to grind five stumps. They ground down three of the stumps, but the clearance was insufficient to get to two more, so they hauled out a chain saw and seriously reduced the remaining stumps. Because they couldn't fully grind them out, they gave a discount on the total price. Fast, courteous, professional, hard working -- they will be our go-to company from now on.
