Abimael and Rodrigo were both professional, on time and responsive. Except for the beautiful installation of our Tesla wall mounted charger...there was no evidence that Elekron was ever there...Abi even offered to remove the packaging. Great job guys thanks!!!

I called Elektron Electric on the advice of one of my friends and I'm glad that I did. My friends tell me that I'm a tough customer who is hard to please, but I couldn't be any happier with the job done for me by Elektron Electric. The job was to install a Tesla Wall Connector which is not rocket science, but there are a lot of details that need to be considered before doing the job. Rodrigo Moreno showed up on time and provided me with a detailed estimate after spending a considerable amount of time examining my electrical service as well as doing an electrical load analysis to ensure that my existing service was adequate for the increased load. I had a few other estimates where they didn't examine my existing service and panel configuration nor did they even mention a load analysis. I was expecting a higher estimate, but I was happy to be wrong! My appointment a few days later came off without a hitch. The electrician, Amaral, and his assistant, Gabriel, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Besides the quality of work, I really appreciated their willingness to accept my input and discuss what I wanted. They even took the time to explain to me why some of my ideas were not all that great. After all, THEY are the electricians! I have already begun making a list of jobs for them to do in my house. I have also recommended them to a few of my friends. If you need electrical work done, I would not hesitate to call them. You won't be disappointed.

The team at Elekron is fantastic! From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and well communicated. Contacted them for a quote for installing a Tesla electric car charger in our condo/townhouse. Rodrigo arrived on time, answered all my questions and discussed options. Quote was received by email later that evening. Contacted Lucia in the office to move forward and she got things started right away. Worked through the North Miami permitting process (delayed to the holidays, but that was expected) then scheduled our install within in a few days of the permit being approved. James and his assistant, Jorge, showed up on time and began the work. They were super clean, very professional, polite, and worked quickly. Job was done exactly as expected. Can not even begin to express how impressed I was with these two gentlemen. They even vacuumed up the area where a small patch of drywall had to be cut to access the electrical panel. City inspector signed off on the job. We are very pleased with this company and all the team members we connected with throughout the process. Highly recommend them.

Elekron always comes through for us and frankly, they are true professionals, communicative, and responsive. They are the only electricians we use. On their most recent visit, James & Richard were our technicians - they’re knowledgeable, respectful, and also take the time to clean up any dirt/etc from their visit. (And, they’re just plain nice!) They know what they’re doing and we’ve never felt as though we are getting taken advantage of. I highly recommend this company!

Great expirence Rodrigo finished the installation of new electrical panel in my house and I am very happy with the results , I would recomend this company to anyone.

Excellent. Electrician -- friendly, and he explained things -- arrived on time. In and out in less than an hour. (I supplied equipment, wiring / box for kitchen already in). Will use for some lighting projects i the future. So much better than last company I use for small jobs, where electrician was snippy and slower (and more expensive).

We had lost the use of 2 electrical outlets following some crawlspace work on our home. Elekron was the company we were referred to by the crawlspace team. From the moment we called, they were first rate. They understood the situation, got us into their schedule quickly (2 days), were prompt and professional, and very neat, clean, and thorough. They documented that the electric damage occurred during the other work, repaired it, and even replugged in the items we had removed from the damaged outlets. James, our technician, was friendly and polite and left everything in perfect condition. They will definitely be our first choice for any future electrical work

These days it is almost impossible to find a company like Elekron Electric that goes above and beyond to exceed its customers expectations. From the beginning I was most impressed with Rodrigo’s honesty, professionalism and knowledge. After completing a full inspection of my home and listening attentively to what I felt was needed. Rodrigo presented a detailed estimate with an upfront cost breakdown of everything that he could do repair my outdated electrical system. All communications from emails to calls, received a prompt response no matter what the concern or question. On my day of install techs: James, Nick, Alex and Onay came out to replace the panel, meter, pipes and wiring. They were all punctual, polite, clean and explained everything that was being done in terms that I could understand. Every member of the Elekron team showed professionalism with a willingness to pitch in and get the job done correctly. In the end they stayed onsite just to make sure there were no issues, and everything worked as promised. I was happy that the we were able to run the air conditioner and heater without shorting out the entire electrical system. The dryer and the stove could be use at the same time with ease. It was a breath of fresh air to get such a high caliber of service and true accountability from a contractor working inside of my home. My electrical system is now up to code and passed inspection with no delays! Overall, I feel that Rodrigo and his staff delivered everything as promised. He showed up when he said he would, kept me informed throughout this entire process, quoted reasonable rates, and finished the job on time with no excuses. The work is top quality, and I would absolutely rehire Elekron anytime electrical services are required.

All went fantastic! Everyone there was very knowledgeable, Friendly and Patient! Very responsive to my calls and questions. It was an old house and the work took a bit longer. They took care of conversion and there where no extra cost! Would most definitely hire them again and recommend them!

The estimator (Rodrigo) and the electrician (James) were on time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and excellent communicators. We are very satisfied with the entire experience from the original estimate through completion of the work and cleanup by the helper. We would definitely use Elekron again.

I was incredibly impressed with Elekron over the entire process - from the original quote with Rodrigo, to the feedback on scheduling both through Lucia, to execution of the job by James. Their quote was competitive and their service some of the best I've received from a contractor in Maim. I would definitely look to them first for any future electrical needs and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any project.

I requested a few quotes from different electricians and although Elekron's came in a bit higher, I had a feeling they would deliver great quality work after a visit from Rodrigo. He was very knowledgable and provided great suggestions regarding the work I needed done and future projects on my wish list. He really took the time to explain the process and provided solutions to problems I was encountering. That's huge! I feel any technical expert should be able to provide different options and solutions to issues you're encountering and he did just that. I decided to go with Elekron and set an appointment with Rodrigo. Communication was great throughout the process and Lucia was also very helpful responding to my messages via Angie's List. I advised Rodrigo that if he could do the work sooner than scheduled, that would be great as my kitchen remodel relies on the relocation of the panel. A couple of days later, Lucia called me that they could make an exception and come out on the weekend! Talk about service! His crew came out early Saturday morning and completed the entire job in one day. James and his partner were incredibly professional. They kept me updated throughout the day, as did Rodrigo, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Elekron and plan on using them for future needs as I renovate my home. Very honest and reliable business.

For just the electric panel it cost $1,929.00. It turned out that we needed our ground wire to the panel upgraded when they did that, which they didn't do initially, that was another $593.00 to make a new ground for the panel. He was really good.

He was professional, the work was performed to code. Easy to work with, very reliable.
