I was promptly contacted by Elekron and given an appointment date. They called me the night before to confirm and on the way to the appt called again. Arrived promptly and went right to work. Rodrigo was very knowledgeable and understood the jobs I wanted to be done. He worked very fast during the time I had purchased. Since I had more jobs to be completed past the two hour window, I paid for extra time. He was professional and cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. I plan to have some more work done and will hire him for that. He is now the electrician I will use in the future.

I was called within 2 days of 12/16/2015 to set up the appointment. I originally was left a message at the Angie's messages place. I called Elekron Electric, Inc. and asked then to call me at my Cellular phone since that would be easier for me. Elekron Electric, Inc. complied with this request and called me with a list of available dates and times and we agreed on 12/29/2015 between 2-4PM. Elekron Electric, Inc.called me back on 12/28/2015 at my Cell phone as originally requested to CONFIRM the Appointment. Mr. Rodrigo Moreno of Elekron Electric, Inc.called me on 12/29/2015 and advised me that he was within 15 minutes from my house. When Mr. Moreno arrived we went over the original list plus the VERY difficult vanity light that we had received as a gift on 12/25/2015 (Christmas Day) and we were very lucky to have set up the Appointment for 12/29/2015. Rodrigo Moreno proceeded to do the work itemized previously professionally and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He kept me appraised of the job at hand. He even vacuum afterwards to clean-up some wire cuttings left over after the various jobs.

He was very efficient and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He installed 2 ground isolators after the problem was fixed and was out in just over an hour. He was very polite and I would highly recommend him.

Rodrigo from Elekron Electric came in and I verbally relayed the issue of part of the house having no power after a recent lightning strike. H immediately opened the breaker panel box and went to work assessing the problem. He went socket to socket, plug to plug with his meter/tester and quickly found the problem to be som burned wiring and outlet plug behind our piano. He isolated the outlet and everything worked. He retrieved a new outlet from his truck and replaced the old one. Now the house has full power restored and we are extremely happy! Highly recommended!!

Rodrigo checked all the sockets that were not working. All had electricity. The issue was the inferior / temporary products the previous person put it in outside. ugh! The other was just changing the light bulb! Seriously, two of us checked that few times with bulbs that worked in other fixtures. He comes and all is fine. All will be well after the new year.

Rodrigo is amazing! I found him after reading the previously left positive reviews on Angieslist. I called him and asked him to do the job on short notice and he fit me in his busy schedule knowing that I wanted to get the timers installed before going on a trip. What should have been an easier job was complicated by a shoddy wiring job by previous electricians. Rodrigo made sure to do it right this time and clean up the mess. I've used other electricians in Miami and have never been 100% satisfied but now I've found the electrician I will be using for all future electrical jobs. Use him with confidence.

I purchased the deal on 12/12 and called the service provider the same day but was told they would have to call me back and promised to call me back within 48 business hours. I waited almost a week and never heard back from them until today when I gave them a call and was told they were not available to do the work until mid-January! I need the work done now and wish they had just told me they were too busy when I first called.

The electrician was on time and fixed everything I asked him . He even went over a little on our 2 hour coupon and did not charge me more. He had the parts i needed on his truck and was very professional.

We contacted Rodrigo after finding his information on Angie's List. We were looking to install an electrical outlet in our garage for a refrigerator and install an outdoor fan. Rodrigo came out to our house and took a look at the work that needed to be done. He explained to us exactly what we needed and how it should be done properly. He easily could have taken shortcuts with this job, but insisted that we needed a dedicated circuit in order to ensure that the work was safe and to code. Within a day or two, Rodrigo emailed us a reasonable quote. We scheduled the work for a day that was convenient for us. Rodrigo arrived and completed the work in a timely manner, and everything works great. In a town where honest and reliable service is hard to find, Rodrigo was a pleasure to work with. We've already recommended him to a friend, and would definitely contact him again if we need any additional work done at our home.

It went very well. I had attempted to remove a switch that was dependent on the switch next to it. The goal was to make it independent and install a dimmer. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty handy. Anyway it came apart and there were a bunch of wires that were not labeled and it was a mess. Elekron did an excellent job from scheduling to finish. They kept me updated during the scheduling part and were transparent. I live in Brickell and most guys who come out here are horrible. They complain. They don't want to do work and they charge four times the price. Elekron gave me good information, the tech had common sense and explained what he was doing. He was a good guy and knew what he was talking about. He was also straight forward and didn't try to tell me any bs which I appreciated. Bottom line is I would highly recommend this electrician for his professionalism, attention to detail and being able to work with my situation.

Mr. Rodrigo was on time to the appointment and was clear about was should be done to correct the electrical issues as he was checking for defaults. He seemed very knowledgeable and clear and final service charge was in line with what he had estimated. Not to get surprises sees to be a luxury lately. Details such as making sure switch boxes were aligned, entering the house with shoe protector and vacuuming the working areas also are a plus. I strongly recommend this company.

I was having trouble with constant blackouts in certain portions of my house. I called a few electrical companies and decided to go with Elekron Electric because of their customer service and clear explanation of what needed to be done to fix the ongoing problem. Upon inspection of my panel and meter box, Rodrigo determined a faulty meter box was the cause of the blackouts. Since my house is old, I also asked him to take a look at the panel and give me a quote on replacing it. Rodrigo provided a detailed estimate for the work to be performed and once I decided to move forward with the job, he was my property the following day to do the updates. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, I asked Rodrigo a million questions about the changes and he was very helpful and patient in explaining everything to me. Something that also helped me make my decision was that they provided two year warranty on parts and lifetime warranty on labor. As a perk, they also provided me with a year membership to Angie's list.

Our church needed to update 6 electrical panels and wiring, since it's an old building. I looked up an electrical company near our church and saw this company was near by. I gave them a call and spoke to the owner of the company. He was professional and courteous and worked around my schedule to meet for an estimate. We made the appointment for the following day and I was really impressed with the service. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and arrived a few minutes earlier from our scheduled time. We walked the different offices and he explained to me, in terms I could understand, what the job would entail. He wrote me an estimate on the spot and the price was reasonable. We decided to move forward with the estimate but one panel per month. He came the following day and completed the job. They cleaned up and showed me what they did before leaving. Being a church, we've come across many electrical companies, but by far, this has been the best experience and service. We highly recommend this company.
