Description of Work: Mr. Keith Keeling came to see the exterior entry double doors we require, punctually on 04-04-11. He gave the estimate with a temporary figure for the work permit, advising that he would be back with the amount because he had such service done by somebody else. I told him that it was ok. I also advised him that we had to request authority from our HOA to do the job and enclose a copy of his insurance policy as well as a copy of his occupational license. Today is 04-18-11 and we have not heard from this company, assuming that he does not have the latter documents to continue with the business. We cannot engage any business that does not have insurance or occupational license as it is a strict requirement of our HOA and the protection of the consumer.

+ -1 moreFrom the initial appointment we were treated with respect and courtesy. Keith is the ultimate professional. He installed the door we chose flawlessly (a beautiful dark cherry solid wood carved door with sidelights) and also installed several bi-fold doors to replace some old closet doors.

Price was very fair; would use again only negative is that he is very busy and occasionally difficult to get a hold of. Also, I interviewed several other door installers in the area. Compared to them, this company is great.
