I'm still working with them. I haven't got the cabinets yet because they're in order. So far, the process has been very good. They're very professional and anytime I have any questions they respond quickly. Their prices have been pretty reasonable. They came on time and did everything they said they would.

Everything was done on schedule, measurements, estimates, delivery and installation. At the end of each days work the work area was cleaned.. immaculate.

Despite the other negative reviews on Angies List I chose to go with Eleet Design because they had the best price for the Omega Cabinets I was looking for. I worked with Dan on the design and it was a pleasent experiance. He was knowledgable and very helpfull. The cabinets came on time and were installed in about a day and a half. I had a small project but over all a very easy and painless experiance. The cabinets look great and I am very happy with the whole experiance.

It's no coincidence that this report will earn them their 3rd "F" score. The entire experience was a nightmare The job took months to complete instead of days (Wrong color, wrong size, etc)

We had chosen another cabinet maker. Our architect, David Dayan, really insisted on Eleet. He said they do the best work. It will be done on time. He went on and on about what horrors we would likely entail if we did not use them. We folded. And then the nightmare began. After numerous meetings and designs we put down a deposit. We then received a "sample" from the company. It was a nice heavy and sturdy sample. It was very different from the poorly stained and very light airy wood that was delivered. When the cabinets came in we were told that they needed to be paid in cash. So we called up to do a bank to bank cash transfer. No no says Dan Burch!! He was arrogant and rude and oh yeah I then realized that he must not pay taxes on anything he makes. Great scam, don't you think??? You bill all of your clients 50% and take a check or credit card then wham, you only take the green stuff in a bag for the rest. And yes, I will follow up with the Department of Revenue in the State of Florida and the IRS. I understand neither of them like loosing their money this way. The subsequent work was substandard. Many of the cabinets were the wrong size, shape, color and those were the ones that weren't dented and so poorly stained that even K mart wouldn't sell them. The men who installed them were just awful!!! They left drawers open with their coke cans in them and then spilled the coke and left it for me to clean up the now stained, sticky and ant infested interior cabinets. Dan's contract apparently did not cover his men making a mess. The clean up was awful. We had to throw most of the stuff out ourselves. We contacted Omega, the company that produces the cabinets. However, they too did not respond. Apparently, good customer service is not something that either Omega or Dan Burch care about. I would have to say that the only one I would recommend using Dan Burch, Eleet or Omega cabinets would be my husband's ex wife. Because only she deserves that kind of bad service. We are now preparing to do our bathrooms and other rooms in the house and we won't be using Dan Burch. I can't think of another service provider who was worse than him and I am 57 and have had a lot of service. He absolutely gets the highest grade for the worse service.

I contracted with Eleet to design and install new kitchen cabinets in my home. Their designer measured everything and had me go to their showroom to go over details, sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit. In order to have the cabinets delivered six weeks later, I had to give them a cashier s check for the balance, minus 10%, which was to be paid after installation. It wasn't until the day of nstallation that it was discovered that they didn't fit in my kitchen. The manager, Daniel Birch refused to take any responsibility for the design flaws, telling me they had fulfilled their contract with me by delivering the cabinets as they had designed them, because I had signed off on the designs, and it was my responsibility to renovate my kitchen to fit them. Despite multiple conversations and emails, they continue to refuse to do anything. I am now out $6543, and I am still without a kitchen.
