Eddy and 4 man crew were wonderful.

Working with Eddy and his crew was GREAT. I've been doing a ton of work to the house in the past 6 months and Eddy was by far the BEST experience I've had thus far. From the moment I called him for an estimate to the moment I cut him the last check he was super professional and treated me like family the entire time. I've always appreciated when contractors don't try to upsell me on services I really don't need to make a few extra bucks. Eddy and his crew treated my house as if it was their own and really did a great job on every last detail. Thanks Eddy!!!

It was off to a good start when Eddie actually showed up on time to our first appointment. His crew was at my house on time every day. They were quiet and focused on their work. Eddie communicated with me a couple of times a day throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied with the work and to update me on the work. The crew was very neat and left everything cleaned up each day. I will be using them again for interior work.

f you want a fast and professional job done it is worth the money, plus it was painless. Eddy is a wonderful person inside and out. Fully recommend this guy...:)

Amazing--So happy I listened to the Angie's List reviewers on this company. Wish I could give them an A+!! Eddy Lopez knows what he's doing, and he's incredibly great to do business with. Honest, fair, and reliable. Excellent work by his men, who were professional, quick, and responsive. Looking forward to using Eddy and his team again for future projects, and will refer him to everyone I know who needs quality work done for a fair price.

It's going good. He is waiting for me to tell him to come do it. I just have a few things to move out of the way first. I've used him before and he is excellent.

this guy is a gem. the owner EDDY LOPEZ is a very sweet and down to earth man . I have not one complaint about the way my experience with him went. he is punctual and polite , even funny. he is a very good business man and really knows his line of work. he even made suggestions that I never thought of and I incorporated most of them . I appreciated his suggestions and he was not trying to change my mind - just give me the benefit of his experience. he respects property and people's time and money. his crew is efficient and talented. they neatly cleaned up after themselves after finishing each day. the estimate he gave me was final but he did not charge me any extra for any unknown problems they may have encountered. after they finished I noticed a few things that needed their attention and eddy sent them back to make sure I was completely satisfied. this is very rare as I paid in full then needed them back for just about 45 minutes. I wish I could find contractors in every area of home repair even half as decent as this man .

Eddy and his team were great! His price was a little higher than his competitors, but he agreed to fix anything he found--including replacing all sections of damaged eaves, door frames and attic vents as his team found them. They did it and did it in spades. There was no hassle--when they found a rotted section of the roof, they fixed it--many times over. Never with hassle, they just got it done. When they prepped the house walls, they power washed, scraped and repaired many damaged areas in the stucco. Again, no hassle--they just did it. The job took 8 days to complete, with one day off on Sunday. There were generally 2-4 folks on the job each day and Eddy Sr. came by to check in each day. There was no delay, just a lot of work to get finished--mainly the prep work. Eddy and his team completed every item in the scope--and completed it superbly. My wife and I believe we got a really good deal because there was no stress and the house looks great. Throughout the job, I felt that Eddy cared more about satisfying me, than making his profit. He simply said "yes" to everything we asked. Our house looks better than it ever has. We would hire Eddy again in a heartbeat.

I couldn't be happier with the way the house looks! Eddy and his crew did a great job. Everyone that comes to the house, who knows that it was recently painted, is awestruck with the level of detail (on all the trims) and the obviously professional application and coverage. The house looks better than any other in the block. He also was very patient and answered all my questions before starting the job. I've referred him to other friends and relatives. He even painted another family member's home who really liked the way ours turned out. I will definitely use his company again when it's time to repaint (it will be several years)!

Eddy Jr. responded to my initial call within one day. Came out the next day to give us an estimate. The work went well. Workers were punctual and professional. The work was completed in two days. We would definitely hire Eddy again.

It went very well. Timely and professional, took about 6 days due to holiday weekend and some weather. Usually a 4 man crew, friendly and would answer any questions. Price went a little over estimate due to screen under eaves was old. They were very careful in protecting surfaces. Eddy always showed patience with my concerns and accessibility. I would use them again.

Eddy addressed all my concerns, did what he said he would do expeditiously and in a timely and professional manner. His crew is very courteous. I would highly recommend his services.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Eddy's Painting Contractors. Response time for estimate and proposal was within one day. Work was scheduled and performed within 2 weeks and completed unbelievely fast in 2-3 days with the highest progressionalism and quality. Both Eddy Jr whom I worked with on the first project and Eddy Sr whom I worked with on the second project communicated throughout. Eddy Sr went above and beyond and ran an errand for me to get more paint because I was sick in bed with pharyngitis. The workers were efficient and eager to please. Lovely company with great track record and great work to back it up. Would not hesitate to recommend and work with again!.

From the very beginning when Eddy came to give me an estimate he was punctual, friendly. The estimate was ready within a day and was extremely detailed. Work began the very next day after a deposit was given and contract signed. Eddys team worked very diligently and took care of everything. They did an excellent job and took great care to make me happy. They were punctual every day and went to work immediately. Whatever was moved off the patio or taken off the wall was put back in its place and all trash was taken away. Work has been completed and the best thing is that the house looks terrific. I would recommend Eddy's Painting Contractors, Inc to everyone.

Workers always arrived on time. Mr Lopez would drop by daily to monitor the progress. During repairs they discover severe wood damage in porch and they recommended a good carpenter for repairs. They were neat and careful with personal property. We are extremely happy with the services provided. They deliver more than contracted and we will highly recommend them.

Everything went as they said it would. The crew was extremely clean and careful and the finished job looks fantastic. Both Eddy, Jr. and Sr. were available and kept us abreast of excactly what was going on at all times. When we are ready to do the inside of the house we will definitely call them again.

Eddy is amazing!! What a pro. He came to the house to give us a bid, showed us wood areas that needed attention and helped chose paint colors that would work best with the amount of sun & shade in our backyard. His bid for the work was extremely fair in price and he ended up doing a few extras for which we weren't even charged. Eddy's painters are a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up after each day's work, never leaving a mess. We were so pleased with the finished job that we are having Eddy paint the entire outside of our house in a few months.

we did not choose eddy because of price...we chose him because his proposal was the most detailed and professional...and he delivered the job the same way. his crew spent a week covering the exterior,painting the security bars,the trim and the driveway with the utmost care and attention to detail. they cleaned up the same way. we would recommend eddy and would not hesitate to use him again.

From the moment he came to provide an estimate back in March 04, 2014, Mr. Lopez, gave a complete breakdown of the work at hand. He sent an E-Mail with an estimate which was very detailed and very well presented. Mr. Lopez was contacted on or about April 3, 2014, to offer him the contract. With the concurance of both the owner of the house and Mr. Lopez, the job started on April 16, 2014. Due to weather issues out of our hands, the job was halted from April 17, 2014 and was resumed on April 22, 2014. From that day on, the job was none stop, from 0800 to 1600. The job was completed on April 26, 2014 when the came to do some final touches from 0900 until 1100. Mr. Lopez came afterwards to verify satisfaction for final payment collection.

Eddy and his dad and all their workers were thorough, careful, prompt and attentive. I would definitely recommend them and would certainly hire them again.

The project went very well. Eddy Lopez Sr. was very specific in the quotation and job execution. I was impressed with the attention to details that he and his crew followed for the preparation of the house walls prior to painting. They really scraped all loose paint, covered and blended all blemishes with elastomeric paste and/or cement based on blemish/crack depth. After the final coat of paint was applied and the roof sealed the house really looked as brand new and the house is of a 1949 vintage. Also having a working foreman (Orlando) on the site was a big help for coordinating all activities and quality of the job with the crew and myself. He is a great asset. My neighbor came to see me upon the house paint completion and he also wants to get his house painted. I highly recommended Eddy's Painting for the job to him!

During the painting of the house they were punctual and it seemed the work was well done, but in May 2015 I saw that some of the ceiling of the porch looked like it had cancer. The ceiling is made by 6 panels approximately 12 feet by 12 feet painted with varnish . On one of them and a little piece of another the varnish was uneven, blistered with horrible patches of different color. I called Eddy who came , saw, and said he was going to fix the problem in a couple of months since he was very busy. After many calls his workers came August 18 and now it looks even worst. Has almost red patches, yellowish strikes, uneven color all over. I sent him again pictures of the panel but he never returned my calls. It really looks hideous.

The job went wonderful. I could not be more pleased. Eddy Lopez Sr. was a pleasure to work with. He done so much more than I could ever expect. He has an excellent crew of workers and came out and checked on the work to make sure I was pleased. I now have a house that looks great. .

I can't say enough wonderful things about how this job went. I called to get an estimate and Eddy Sr. came out very promptly. We hit it off immediately. It was almost like we had known each other forever or as if he was part of the family. We walked around the house and I pointed out my concerns. I mentioned that the finish work is the most important to me and that I have had sloppy paint jobs in the past. He said not to worry and he was right. As soon as he gave me the estimate I hired him on the spot. He mentioned that he had a few large jobs coming up but they would fit me in. They came with 6 guys on a Saturday and 7 on a Sunday just to stay on schedule. They went beyond my expectations. In addition to the exterior painting I have 6 huge columns on my back patio and I was concerned about painting them (even though they needed it) because I didn't want to deal with cracking and pealing in a year or two. He explained the fact that it's all in the prep work and the sealant. The columns took 4 coats of paint. He could have stopped at 2 as we budgeted but he made sure it was done correctly and had the workers put 2 more coats on. The entire job took several days and he was here every day making sure things went as planned. He used only premium paint and sealant and he knows his profession. I am so happy with the way the house turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Eddy!
