We had a great experience with this company. Eddy and his crew were true professionals. They started the work earlier than initially scheduled and the crew was very professional and detail oriented. The patched and fixed every crack along the way, began each day punctually- it was an overall great experience and would definitely recommend and use them again. We were so happy with the final result- the house looks practically new. Exceeded our expectations.

The master bedroom, closet and bath were painted first right after it had been tiled. We then took a couple of days moving everything back into the bedroom so they could paint the main portion of the house, kitchen and entry area. The job was done by one of Eddy's brothers and he did a fantastic job. We could not have asked for better.

From the first time Eddy came to give the estimate until the job was complete, he was very professional . This was a big project and bit complicated but Eddy and his crew did an amazing job. They were on time, worked hard and quickly. They were very neat as we'll. The house looks wonderful.

Eddy and his team are simply the best. They went over their call to deliver an outstanding paint job. 100% will do again.

I contacted Eddy's Painting Contractors in order to obtain a bid for painting the exterior of my home which is nearly 80 years old. I requested a very detailed proposal from all the potential vendors (4 total) because I believe it is the only way to obtain a true like for like comparison. Eddy provided the most detailed proposal by far. He also walked through the entire perimeter of my home and carefully and concisely answered all the questions I had as to the treatments for the numerous cracks, peeling paint and texture issues my home had. In spite of being the highest quote I received I decided to move forward with contracting them. My job was completed today and I must say the old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly was true in this case. My 80 year old home turned out to be quite the challenge but it has been smoothed out, cleaned up and beautifully painted. The team was friendly while professional. For all these reasons they will be my recommendation whenever someone asks for a reference on a painting company which, after seeing my home has already happened. :)

, Eddie came out to my home and I showed him what I wanted done. Eddie said he would email me and estimate. During our conversation he did tell me was busy and might not be able to do the work before the end of the year. Eddie emailed me an estimate; I replied back saying I was ready to sign the agreement but I wanted to know if he could do the just the back patio before the 30th of Dec. If he could do it I would sign the agreement and email it back. I never got a response from him. Eddie did say call him if I never got an email. I called and left a message saying I was ready to sign the agreement if he could paint the patio by the 30th. I never heard from him again. What bothers me about this I told him I had company coming down for the new years weekend I really need to get the patio painted, so he knew I was in a rush to get it done. Instead of replying so I could try and find another contractor to do the work I needed he just left me hanging. Not very professional.

He came when he said he would and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Eddy came out to look at the house the day after we had called him and emailed an estimate that evening. He was able to begin work the next week. He always called before he or his crew were coming out. They did the prep and cleaning the first day and finished the painting a few days later. The final step was the installation of the gutters. I had read the reviews on Angie's List beforehand and I have to echo many of the comments for our job. His workers were meticulous in their prep work, always friendly and considerate, gave good recommendations on areas that should be painted in a different color. We have accordion hurricane shutters that did not need painting, but they partially disassembled them so they could paint behind them. When they first came out to install the gutters they noticed that the color of the gutters was slightly different from the color we had selected for the roof trim. They exchanged the gutters for ones with a color that was a closer match. After they completed the work we had a heavy rain, which gave the gutters and the copper rain chain a workout. We would not hesitate to use Eddy again and highly recommend his company.

The entire process with this company went very well. Initially, Eddy came out to do the estimate while giving a good explanation of his services. After that we set up a date to begin the work and his guys came and began working. They did a great job of prepping the house including pressure cleaning, sanding, filling holes, ect. Eddy would show up at the work site (my home) and speak with me about concerns while making sure the guys were doing a satisfactory job. The job was done very meticulously and I am very happy with the work. I would highly recommend Eddy painting for any painting job that is required.

This company is super professional and super reliable. All of the work that they state on their contract is completely done in a clean, professional and superior service. They totally had exceeded my expectations. I needed major home repairs done to the outside of my home, from removal of mildew to rotten wood and cracked concrete walls to a new paint job. They repaired all of the damaged wood from my home, repaired the screens to my outside patio and repaired my door. The list of home improvements goes on and on, but to sum it all up. I totally recommend this company. They have very professional workers who get the job done correctly and clean up their mess. They do not leave anything filthy they are extremely courteous and helpful. They truly know what they are doing and I can see why they have been in business for so long. I will definitely use them again when I have another home improvement that I need done and will be referring them to my family and friends.

Pretty good work, he was able to work on an tide schedule and even work on extra issues that came up in while the project was on. And even after the job was done we contact him because we were not satisfied with some areas and he send somebody to fix it, no questions asked.

Eddy runs a solid operation and was able to help me acquire other great services at a great value. If you're looking for a professional, no nonsense painting contractor, look no further.

Eddy's crew showed up at 7:30 each morning to do the job. Everything was done according to the quote. I added the window frame cleaning and painting after discussing the fact that they were a bit beat up from salt and debris, and after they painted the window frames, it made the windows look brand new. His crew took pride in their work and did a fantastic job. I was lucky enough that the rain held off until the very last which caused them to take an extra day (overall this project took (4) days). If you are looking at the price of my project, and think that it is on the expensive side, please consider the following: 1) My house had not been painted since 1994 2) I had extensive mildew issues on (2) sides of the house 3) I had all of my facia wood replaced when I had my roof repaired, and the whole soffit area under my front and back porches 4) I had (2) doors to be replaced and consequently painted 5) I had (20) windows to be cleaned/sanded and painted I would call him again to paint my house as they do a great job. The price reflects what they do, and if you are looking for a cheap paint job, Eddy's Painting is NOT the company to go with. If you are looking for a quality job and a quality outcome, then Eddy's Painting IS the company to go with. Also, I went with Eddy's Painting because he provided the best DETAILED quote of the other painting contractors that I had called for estimates and a detailed quote is extremely important so that you don't get surprises as the job is going along. Also, I had to get my roof fixed before he could start his job, and as long as I kept him informed of how the job was progressing, then he was able to plan my paint job accordingly. I highly recommend Eddy's Painting for your painting needs.

Eddy Jr was our point of contact and he did a good job painting the interior of our home. He did more than expected and saved the day with a lot of help doing drywall repairs at the last minute after our HVAC guy tore up the ceiling to lay some HVAC lines.... Eddy Jr is a fine person to deal with. As an out of towner using angies list to find a painter in Miami for a winter house, I am glad I found Eddy Jr. Eddy Jr Really does a good job, maybe even better than the guys who painted my house in Kentucky... at least tied... I'll use him again when I need some more painting done. Maybe more expensive than others? maybe not... his work is well worth what he is charging(he's not the cheapest). Could be a bit more expensive, but compared to a recent paint job on a neighbors home done by the "lowest bidder" ---Well holy crap, you don't want to go with the lowest bidder around here... i.e. cut work, texture.... Eddy is all over his guys every day... As a retired Air Force pilot, I have certain "attention to detail" requirements, and Eddy met those needs as expected.

Eddy was very responsive to emails and phone calls. As issues came up, Eddy and his team addressed them promptly and skillfully. The overall job was done accurately and Eddy's team was very detail oriented. They even worked on Saturdays to get the job done in a timely manner. By the end of the project, we had in essence, a beautiful new house! We would definitely recommend Eddy's Painting Contractors to anyone looking for excellent quality and service. They truly exceeded our expectations!

We agreedon adate to start and they showed on the exact date ; Eddys crew moved all patio furniture and covered all wall areas with plastic andcovered ceiling fans. they were careful. Preparation took a lot of time . When finished they cleaned the patio pretty well.They replaced all furniture . After 2 days drying the process repeated to spray spar varnish . Looks great! This was a great experience.

The crew of three showed up every weekday punctually and ready. They worked efficiently, and were as professional as they were friendly. Owner Eddy Lopez come by every day to check on things, to clarify what was to be done and how, and made it clear if he felt they needed to redo or change something they'd done, which was rare. Communication was generally exceptionally good, especially for Miami. They also did a number of extras at no cost and everyone seemed pretty happy, even after two weeks of being here! I recommend them and would hire them again without hesitation.

They were very nice. We had a good relationship with the owner but the workers were not very careful. They did not leave the place very clean or clean up well. We had to ask them to come back and clean. The painting was reasonable. The price was reasonable.

Could not come right away and told me so, I appreciate this. Then when he was able to, called to setup an appointment and came as promised. Completed work in one day, cleaned up after himself nicely, covered the pool before cleaning and did his best to keep debris out of pool. This is the third time I use him, I have a big house on a busy street and the white roof gets dirty after a couple of years. It is a two story house and I do not want unlicensed/uninsured contractors to working on my roof. Eddy and his crew do a good job and I they are vetted by Angie's list which gives me peace of mind.

Eddy Lopez Sr. & his crew are amazing. This is the 2nd time we have used their services. Our house looks brand new and the work they crew did is perfect. Eddie was on the job site every day to inspect and let us know what was happening every step of the way. He pointed out things our house needed to maintain its value and condition. I did my research before I hired Eddy. Out of the five contractors I contacted, Eddy was the first one who responded with a quote. Two contractors took over a week to get me an estimate. Eddy also took the most time to talk with me about our home. I liked the fact that Eddy paid attention to the details. He made good suggestions, such as installing gutters in the entire front of our home. I saw this as a genuine suggestion & not an "upsell" for more him to get more business. Since I'm in sales for a living & I'm a stickler for follow-up & professionalism. Eddy's crew started the work and finished within the week. A good paint job is all about the details. Eddy's crew did an excellent job & my wife & I could not be happier. It's also important to note that they did a few extra things like, installing new numbers on our house, as well as a new mailbox. I'm new to Angie's List and I can tell you that he's worth every penny. You get what you pay for & I'm satisified that we made the right choise. Thanks Eddy!
