I contacted a few contractors from Angie's List. Eddy called back and quickly scheduled a time to come out and assess the work. He was polite and punctual, which is extremely important to me. After I received his estimate, I contacted my insurance company and hired him for the job. He was honest, professional and did everything exactly when he said he would! I would, without any hesitation, recommend & hire Eddy again for future work. My house looks beautiful!

Placed two calls to Eddy a few days apart and never received a return call. Not sure if he's even in business at this point.

The job was done very well. The painters were professional, competent and diligent.

Eddy and his team did an excellent job. Their painting was detailed and precise, they ensured all surfaces were protected and their work area was thoroughly cleaned when done. The Team was punctual, arriving on time every day. For appraisals, paint color matching, and other pre-service meetings; Eddy provided a time window of 30 minutes or less and always arrived within the stated time frame. Overall, a great experience. I contacted Eddy's for some work on the exterior of my home. I spoke with Eddy, and we arranged that he would call me on a Friday shortly before coming to the house so that I could make sure I was there to meet him. He never called. I called back early the following week, and he claimed his "phone was broken." We made arrangements for him to come by a second time, but I called back promptly and told him I needed to reschedule. He promised to call me back with a new date, and never did.

We have dealt with many painting contractors over the years and Eddy's was by far the best. This is a family owned business and Eddy (both the father and son) take personal pride in the quality of their job performance. Their crew was professional, polite, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with every day that they were at the house. The job was performed to perfection and exactly as promised with no surprises. If there is a rating above "A" they deserve it.

The crew arrived every day on time and were very accommodating with my 3,dogs. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful. Eddy St or Eddy Jr came by and checked on the job daily. Overall, they went above and beyond expectations and will recommend them to everyone.

Amazing! Eddy came out the very next day after contacting him and had the entire job completed in 3 days. He even came back to fix an issue caused by someone else. The job was expertly done and the house looks brand new! I highly recommend this company.

This excellent proffesionals did a great job, with meticulous attention to details. The crew was friendly and hard working, and were supervised by Eddy Jr. and Sr., making sure everything was done properly. Finished the job ahead of my deadline, working every day including weekend. They were reaponsive to my requests, and came back to fix some minor details. I would highly recommend and use this company again when needed!

Eddy was extremely responsive and helpful. He came right away to give me a quote. He thought it would be a week long job, but his crew actually finished the whole job in 4 days! They even worked on Saturday and Sunday to get it done quickly for me! Eddy and his dad came to my house everyday to check on the job and progress. They were all very professional and personable. The paint job was excellent. I will definitely be using them again for the exterior of the house.

Eddy and his team exceeded all of our expectations from our initial consultation. Eddy took the time to explain the process and gave us some tips and things to look out for even if we chose not to hire them. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine and the reviews here confirm what he told me. THESE GUYS ARE METICULOUS. They were not cheap by any means, but when it comes to services, you often get what you pay for. I am glad we chose them. Eddy was onsite every day to check on his crew and ask me how things were going. The painting crew was early each morning, didn't take any shortcuts and even proactively fixed some minor things that I considered out-of-scope. They were considerate, covered up furniture and flooring and cleanup each day was more than satisfactory. They really are true professionals.

Their scheduling was accurate, price was fair, and the painting crews courteous, respectful of the house, careful with the furniture, clean, and put everything back in its place upon completion. Extensive protective draping used during job. We could not be more satisfied.

I decided to use Eddy's painting contractors based on Angie's list reviews and I could not be happier of the decision I made. The professionalism from everyone involved is unmatched. My house desperately needed an exterior paint job, with some concrete already exposed and multiple cracks and stucco repairs needed, Eddy assured he would take care of it all and he did. Most of the painters have been with the company for many years and pay very close attention to detail and made sure I was happy along the process, they took care of all my questions and concerns without question and always went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied (I am very picky). I have to say the end result for my home was a complete transformation, my neighbors have been asking for business cards every single day since the project began to show results. I wish I could have hired this company sooner but I'm happy I finally got to get the job done, extremely well. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again, it was worth every penny.

Very professional, and clean. They knew exactly what we needed done and finished a day early.

Although Eddy was very pleasant, communicative, prompt and professional, his estimate for what is essentially a 4-bedroom home was twice what I had received from 2 other reputable painters recommended to me by neighbors. Our 2-unit condo does require some extra attention to address some chipping stucco and a metal outlining on an architectural band around the house, but this was just way more than I could have ever considered for such a small building.

Eddy was fantastic...he showed up on short notice and was able to give us a quick quote. Once we decided to move forward his crew showed up right on time and finished the job quickly...only a couple hours. They left the house spotless and the quality of their work is excellent. Highly recommend Eddy and his team.

We don't normally use outside contractors, but my wife said she wanted it done right. Eddy and his crew did a very expert and professional job. The men were meticulous in all respects. His price was competitive and fair. He went out of his way to satisfy every request my wife made, and I'm glad and feel lucky we chose Eddy and his exceptional crew. This large job was as painless as could possibly be. Eddy Lopez, owner, was present at the job every day and was very "hands on" and most cooperative in dealing with two VERY Particular Owners.

Eddy Senior is very professional and provided follow-up visits to touch up a few things my wife found.
