Amazing. The crew was here early both days. They worked non-stop to get the job done. Eddy and his crew are real professionals. They show up when they say they are going to show up, and they do what they say they are going to do. Overall great experience.

Mr. Lopez arrived promptly at the appointment time. He looked over the entire exterior and gave us an estimate, which we accepted. He uses top of the line paint and seemed to be a stickler for detail. On schedule, his crew of three arrived and began working. They were pleasant, quiet and careful with our property. Mr. Lopez is a very personable man and supervised the job very closely. It took four days to complete the job from start to finish and there were a couple of time-outs due to rain. At the completion of the job, Mr. Lopez and his crew walked the perimeter of the house with us to be certain that everything was as perfect as possible. I will always and forever use this company for my painting needs. As a postscript, I'd like to add that his trucks are newer and clean, his equipment is top quality and his painters wear white pants and shirts. Very professional looking!

Again, Mr. Lopez arrived at the appt. on time, gave a reasonable estimate, which was accepted and scheduled the work on a Saturday when the office is closed for business. Three painters worked the entire day and completed the job to my husband's complete satisfaction. Prior to beginning the job, they moved all the furniture into the middle of each room and moved it all back when they finished. No paint smears, drips, etc. to be found at the end of the day. Mr. Lopez came by the office twice to inspect and do a walk-around. Excellent job.

Original time quoted for the job was two weeks. They started on a Monday and doubled the crew so the entire job was done in 6 days. They covered up everything under the patios with plastic and moved anything mobile that might get paint on it and put everything back the same day. Not a single mishap. The final inspection by the owners was thorough and included some minor flaws which they fixed immediately. Overall -- Very professional work and a polite crew. They did not leave trash or anything around our property that we had to clean up. Most importantly, as we've had this happen with many other people working at our house -- they used none of our personal things (ie ladders, etc.) and nothing is missing from our property. We know this sounds rude but it does happen often. An honest and hard-working crew is greatly appreciated!

Eddy and his crew led by Orlando were incredible and extremely professional. They pressured clean the house the first day then spent 5 days painting. It took a little longer than expected because the ceiling patio did not meet Eddy's expectations so he had his crew sand it down and repaint it. They were on time everyday and cleaned up daily. I was kept up to date on their progress and the next days task. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Simply one of the best home jobs we have had. They were professional, responsive, and timely. Excellent quality work and finished the job in less than 2 weeks to boot.

The job went very well and we were so happy with the completed work. Everyone that worked on Eddy's crew was respectful to our things, carefully covered everything up prior to painting, and they worked very efficiently. We felt so lucky to have contracted with this company and they did a terrific job. Eddy is very particular about the work his crews do, and he notices everything and doesn't let anything slip by.

They always go above and beyond. He gave me an Angie's List discount. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up well. The workers were pleasant and I have already recommended them. Someone had also thrown an egg on the outside of my home since they painted it last year. They cleaned this up for me as well.

While pressure cleaning the house, they discovered termites in the eaves. They agreed to replace the damaged wood for a fair price and then continued on with the repairs to our deck and plaster on our house and then applied the paint and, most importantly, ensured that the permit was closed after the work was complete. Several interior rooms were also painted - with no harm done and everything was done very well. This was the fastest we have ever been able to get a contractor of any kind to bid a job and do the job in South Florida. I would definately recommend them - particularly in Coral Gables - they are on board with the city's requirements.

THE BEST WORK I HAVE EVER SEEN UNDER EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TIME CONSTRAINTS. PRICE QUOTED CAME IN WELL UNDER TWO OTHER HIGHLY-RATED ANGIE'S LIST CONTRACTORS. JOB WAS COMPLETED ON-TIME. WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. ALL 2,200 SQUARE FEET OF NEW BAMBOO FLOORING WAS COMPLETELY COVERED ALONG WITH ALL FIXTURES. PAINTERS TAPE WAS USED EXTENSIVELY. THEY EVEN PROVIDED A PROPRIETARY BLEND OF PAINT FOR MY LIVING ROOM WHICH TURNED OUT BE PERFECT. I WAS VERY STRESSED DURING THE BIDDING PROCESS CONSIDERING MY PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH CONTRACTORS IN MIAMI HAD BEEN ANYTHING BUT SATISFYING. I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE.

Eddy's employees have been instructed to do quality work as opposed to quick work. They were under no pressure to hurry and spent 7 days to complete the outstanding job. I am extremely happy with the results.

Our first exposure to Eddy's Painting Contractors was a phone call to and visit from Eddy, Sr., who provided us with a detailed estimate covering a very wide variety of painting and repair jobs in the exterior of our Kendall house. Eddy, Sr. was a true gentleman, reflecting a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience and sharing suggestions generously, but with no pressure whatsoever. We were very surprised and pleased with the estimate and decided - based both on price and on the excellent reputation of the firm - to sign on with this company. Once the work on the house actually commenced, Eddy, Jr. became our contact with the company and he was - in all respects - an absolute delight to work with. He was extremely competent, as well as being friendly, accessible, responsive, and highly ethical. Eddy supervised the work daily with a great eye for detail, usually catching potential problems before we even became aware of them. In the few cases we identified issues or concerns, he responded immediately, without any defensiveness whatsoever, and he took immediate steps to respond. Under Eddy's attentive direction, the crew accomplished all of the work quickly, neatly and professionally. We've heard that Eddy's Painting Contractors prides itself on its reputation of providing very high quality work at extremely competitive pricing. Certainly based on our experiences with them, we would have no problem endorsing this view of the company and recommending them highly to others in need of the services they provide.

They did everything they contracted to do and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased that they were able to do so many needed repairs in addition to painting. The house now looks great. Eddy himself was a pleasure to deal with.

Everything went smoothly. We just bought a new home so wanted it perfect for we moved in. He got us in our new home as soon as possible without compromising the quality of the job. Everyone who came to do other jobs (ex. carpet installers, roofers, furniture delivery, and in-laws) were all impressed on the work during and after. They all said the painters were doing it the correct way (by sanding and patching as needed) and it is going to look like a new house when its done. And sure enough, I am very happy with my new (new to me) home! Anything we were not happy with (which was only a couple things because Eddy, himself was more picky than us, he would point out things that we did not even notice and had his workers fix them. He goes through the home each day and lets his workers know what he does not like by putting blue tape on things that he is not happy with. He really tries to make sure your happy.

The owner was on site everyday supervising the work. Their pricing was very reasonable and the crew did an amazing job. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Eddy returned my phone message promptly and setup an appointment for an in-person estimate the next day. His quote was comparable to other painters that I had called. He emailed us a written quote (in a .pdf doc) which we were very pleased to receive -- very professional and efficient. We wanted to use non-VOC (paint that doesn't have strong chemical fumes) for our baby's room, and he was very accommodating about that. He was able to get the paint brand and color that we requested. He sent his foreman to prep the room and do the actual paint work, and he showed up to make sure that all the details were in place. We were impressed with their attention to details and our requests - they removed the nails in the walls, filled in the holes, and touched-up the baseboards in addition to painting the walls. He answered our questions and followed-up with a phone call once the job was finished to make sure that we were satisfied. He accepts only cash or personal checks made to him personally, but we were willing to do that. We did receive a discount by being referred from Angie's List. Now the room is ready for our new baby! We were pleased with the job and would hire him again for future painting needs.

Eddy arrived on time for the estimate; was very thorough in explaining what work they would do and how they would complete it. Followed up during delay caused by carpenter. Crew arrived as scheduled and worked every day until completed. Work was very professional and a quality job. Some add-on items were completed for reasonable prices.

They were very good. They covered and moved everything put of the way and did not make a mess. They took everything off after they finished and cleaned up after themselves and it was very high quality work done. We a lot of irregularly shaped walls, the staircase was quite steep and high, but they were able to get that whole area and the ceiling done. They did a good job. He came out right away and we talked about what needed to be done and he was able to schedule it in a week or two.

Completely satisfied. This is a family-run business that has been in the area for decades. Eddy Jr. came out promptly and provided an estimate within a day. The price included all prep work, priming and painting. He was able to begin working within several days. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and worked clean. They were very experienced, and the finished product looks great. Crew did not speak English, but Eddy checks in regularly & is always available by phone if you have questions.

The painters accommodated our schedule and the work was done on time. I was very pleased with the results.
