Eddy's Painting Contractors

Eddy's was the most professional painting contractor I've ever dealt with. From day one, he promptly returned calls, showed up exactly at the time promised (before getting the job and during the time the work was being completed.) Eddy's work and his work ethic are A++. We were very pleased (and we are picky!!) with the entire job completed at our home. The painting crew from Eddy's is meticulous and strived to get the job done to our satisfaction. I interviewed multiple painting contractors before choosing Eddy's. They were not the least expensive, but I feel the quality of their work is an excellent value and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I am very picky when it comes to hiring contractors regardless of how big or small the job is. My house was in desperate need of new paint so I found Eddy on Angies list and had him come out. The first step was to pressure clean my roof and home and at that time it was discovered that dozens of roofing tiles were broken, likely caused by the termite tent company who was there a month earlier. Be that as it may I had no spare roofing tile and Eddy went out of his way to find the specific tile that was needed for my roof and also arranged to have a roofer do the installation. I was most impressed with the prepartion done before painting. Anyone can come over and spray a house, however, these guys spent three days repairing cracks and preparing the surface. They were very clean and I never found any debris or garbage on the job site. The attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I had a change of heart on the color at the last minute and Eddy was able to accomodate me right away with no hassle whatsoever. The finished product is a complete transformation. My home now looks like a new model home and I'm sure it will be a very durable finish. Eddy was nice enough to throw in many extras at no extra charge such as repairing some wood and broken screen as well as touching up my window frames. I would highly recommend Eddy and his crew.

I contacted Eddy Lopez by phone. Eddy is the company owner. I told him I wanted him to paint my 86 year old mother's house in Miami. Within a day he visited my mother and prepared a thorough estimate based on existing conditions. He identified that there was wood damage from termites in some of the fascia and eaves. His price proposal was reasonable considering the scope of the work.We agreed on a price over the phone and I sent Eddy Lopez a check for 20% of the total. He told me he would not cash the check until he began work (and he did). Eddy call me several times to describe the progress of the work. He and his crew were very kind with my mother, perfromed the work as planned, they were very orderly and cleaned everyday after the work was done. The end result was excellent. My mother and I are extremely happy with the perfromance of Eddy's Painting Contractors. They provide superior services, they are honest and professional. I recomend this company without reservation. If you need to paint your house, do not fail to contact Eddy's Painting Contractors.

I have lived in Miami for 30-years and cannot recall ever having a positive experience with a contractor?..until I found Eddy?s Painting Contractors on Angie?s List. My experience with Eddy?s has been 100% positive from the moment I placed the first phone call. Eddie Sr. returned my call immediately, set up an appointment, showed up for the appointment, and gave a competitive estimate. This alone is pretty remarkable in Miami. Eddy?s crew was great, they were prepared and arrived on time, completed every job as promised within the time-frame discussed, and kept within the estimated cost. They even did a couple of ?extra? things to make the job right. Every task was expertly performed by a highly skilled team. It was a first-class job and a first-class experience! THANK YOU EDDY?S PAINTING CONTRACTORS!! I have already contracted Eddy?s for two more projects.

Eddy's estimate was $1000 less than the estimate submitted by another local company. My neighbors were so impressed with the work they did at my house, three of my neighbors hired Eddy's Painting also. The owner of the company is quick to respond to requests for estimates and stays in close communication while the work is being done.

Job was completed on on time and with great professionalism. Eddy Jr visited the job site daily to make sure everything was going as expected.

I called Eddy's Painting for an estimate and the next day Eddy Sr. went by the house and gave me an estimate for the work. It took us a while to call him back because i was waiting for a roofer to come and repair the roof and the overhangs in the front of the house. With my niece's bridal shower looming, i could no longer wait to repair the roof first so i called Eddy and he found a roofer to do the repair job before he started. Once they started working on the house, it took them a week to finish everything including a back yard trellis. Eddy was super nice and very professional and attentive to the work his crew was doing. He stopped by the house every day to check on the work and to see if i was satisfied with how it was coming out. He never had a problem trying to accomodate with changes in color or materials that i wanted used. He also went out of his way to have little screens custom made to cover the vents in the overhang. I would definitely use Eddy's Painting again and would highly recommend him!

Eddy's Painting Contractors were very careful to patch and repair because I told them I needed the patching and repair more than the painting. They were very careful in doing that, not damaging the shrubbery or anything.

Both Eddy and his son were responsive to my requests. They were on time for the estimate and more importantly, the crew showed up when they were supposed to. They listened to all of my suggestions and added some of their own. Most importantly, for me, was they worked within my schedule. The house looks great. It was way overdue for maintenance. Everything was done according to plan and there were no added charges.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend Eddy Lopez and his company. The house looks better than when we bought it 28 years ago, and probably hasn't looked this good since it was built (1966). His crew was here every morning before we had even finished breakfast and left the yard clean and tidy at the end of each work day. The work was finished on time. Eddy or his father would stop by each day to check on progress and he was easy to reach by cell phone if questions arose. All in all, a very professional outfit and one I would not hesitate to use again.

The overall experience with this company was great. From the quote to the finished job, this company was nothing but professional. They were fair with the price, work on the schedule promised and went well above the job requirements. Eddy even gave me his cell number so that he can be reached at any time. As the job progressed, we were confronted with many unforseen obstacles, but because of his diligence as well as his history in this business, if he couldn't do the job himself, he knew exactly where to direct me to get that particular issue resolved. There is no doubt that I would use him again for other jobs.

Eddy agreed to paint the living room and family room of our new house. He came to the house to give an estimate within hours of my initial contact. He was friendly and professional and left me with a written estimate after explaining what he would do and how quickly he could get to it.After getting a number of other estimates, we contracted with Eddy because his price was reasonable and he seemed both professional and trustworthy. He and his brother Manny did a fantastic job. They both went above and beyond to make the rooms look great without adding any additional fees. I will definitely call him again. Their work far exceeded my expectations!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A PAINTING CONTRACTOR. All work was performed above and beyond my expectations and was not completed until the company was sure I was completely satisfied. I chose Eddy's Painting Contractors from the rave reviews on Angie' List. After a few delays on my side, we were finally able to get work underway. I was very concerned about my newly refinished wood floors and was put at ease right away that the company would use heavy paper to completely cover the whole entire floor to better protect it. Drop cloths can get messy and were only used in some carpeted rooms. When the crew of 3 arrived headed by Orlando, I gave them the tour of the house and they got to work. The whole job last 12 days and the guys were on time every day and worked diligently the whole time. Every nook and crany of the woodwork was caulked. The doors were not painted with a roller but sprayed with oil-based paint. This process is very labor intensive! Especially the kitchen. When the ceilings were painted and woodwork, the cabinets were covered from ceiling to floor with plastic film. I thought I was walking into an anti-microbacterial room! The quality of work was impressive. When the major painting was finished the guys took 2 days just to go over every inch of the place looking for places to touch up. I also had issues with removing bathroom mirrors - Eddy Sr. took care of that and installed the new vanities I bought. It wasn't a problem for him when the wall behind the vanity had 2 x 4's passing through. Eddy Sr. and Eddy Jr. came to inspect the work every day. It was very reassuring. Eddy Sr. also make recommendations for other home improvements like adding gutters (desperately needed) and fixing of cracks in the home's facade. No problems or needs I encountered were a problem and Eddy was able to solve them all. I plan to use their services again when I'm ready to paint the exterior of my house and I'm sure it will look the best on the block! Don't bother using anyone else!

Eddy responded to our phone call immediately and came to our house to give us an estimate. We schedule the work and his crew showed up to work every day at 8:00 a.m. We are extremely pleased with the results. His workers paid attention to details and specific requests I had. I would recommend Eddy's company to anyone that is looking for a job well done and expects quality work.

Eddy Lopez is very professional and extremely easy to deal with. He keeps the line of communication open and would always be available when I would call him on his cell phone. He made sure he was on site to supervise his employees and went the extra mile to be sure that I was happy with every phase of the job. Eddy spent time with me walking the property and discussing what work would need to be done and how he would go about doing the work to get the finished result. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to choose between different shades of paint color so that I would get the ffinished result that I was looking for. His expertise and experience was very valuable to me. Eddy encouraged me to walk the property while his employees were working and to point out any concerns that I might have to his foreman. Eddy and his employees are very detailed in their work and do the job right the first time. They are all very professional, courteous and take great pride in their work. A great deal of attention was given to prep work. Paint selection was also facilitated by Eddy's and I am quite happy with the color. My house hasn't looked this good in 21 years. Materials used were high quality. Workmen were quiet and professional. Work was finished in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again. Eddy's Painting is a professional operation that performs their work conscientiously.

Eddy was always very professional and punctual. He worked with me from the beginning. At first his quote was a little high but after a conversation with him we agreed on a price that worked for both of us. He was not the cheapest but you sometimes have to bee willing to pay a premium for good services. I was not disappointed as the house turned out great. They were very accommodating because I had to postpone their work because other contractors had not finished their job, so the waited and came later and finished. Eddy has a great foreman working for him, his name is Orlando and it was great having him around.

Eddys Painting Contractors did an excellent job! Eddys employees were on time, polite and most Professional. They did a fantastic interior painting job at my 2/2 Condominium. I could not be happier with the results, I followed Eddy's advice about color, type of paints to use and location and am glad I did, He certainly knows his business and is a true Professional. His employees finished on time, were neat and efficient, leaving no mess or mistake. I certainly would hire them again and I highly recommend them. GREAT JOB!

Eddy Lopez was pleasant and professional, he kept his appointments and called back promptly. His price was fair and the results were exceptional. His men arrived when they said they would, did their jobs quietly and professionally and finished when they said they would. Eddy was willing to give this DIY'er tips about my projects, and I will be calling him again when I need him.

Great job. The painting was done quickly and cleanly. This company is very hands on and handles every issue as it arises. Very pleased on how well the process went. There was no lag time. The painters came to work every day and did a great job. The powerwashing was done to perfection. I was very pleased that they were able to install the garage door as well. We had a very tight deadline, and I added painting the garage at the end... they completed the additional task and still finished on my deadline. I was very impressed and pleased with the end result. I recommend this company. ***Update***** June 2016. I was told that my garage door was hurricane impact and that I had to pay for an extra duty garage opener due to the weight of the hurricane impact garage door. I have just found out that this is not what I have. I unfortunately am new to South Florida and Garages, I am a city girl, and thought what I was paying for was true. It was not. My garage door is not hurricane impact as told to me at time of purchase. This was so not cool, because of this I am changing my entire rating, which is a shame since the paint job was done very well.

They were very professional and courteous.They moved all the furniture for us and put everything back in place when they finished. This company knows how to do things right.Two thumbs up!
