Ductless Mini Splits Air Conditioning Miami

I contracted Robert in April 2017 ,to seal ,leak test,and initial check for startup.He quoted me 300.00 for each unit.I though it was a high price but I agreed as a tech would be out the following day.They arrived on schedule but unprepared .The tech did not have any tubing wrenches ,only large crescent wrenches,a poor choice for small copper fittings.I didn't have any either but loaned him my full set of open/box wrenches.He proceeded to tighten all connections an test them.He could not get his Freon leak detector to work properly,kept alarming when not near any connections . I made up a spray bottle of soapy water for to check for leaks.This service lasted about 4hrs.Everything looked good and seemed to work fine.So I re-insulated all connections and re-installed duct covers.I was 7 months in renovation .In January of 2018 I was ready to paint but the temp inside the house was to cold.I turned on both systems heat pumps for first time since start-up, and nothing happened .No heat or cool.I called Robert and told him of the failure.He sent the same tech out again my wrenches my spray bottle.I had to undo the tube duct and insulation for 6 air handlers with 10 connections. Three hours latter ,240.00 labor and 280.00 for Freon. The service tech tells me everything is sealed an ready to run. I ran the units for two days for painting. I turned both units off while I completed sheet rock and floor finishing.On June 18,2018 I had furniture movers in and the house was hot so I turned cooling on for first time since last repaired and nothing happened ,no cooling.I called Robert to please do the job he had been paid twice for,to seal this system with no leaks. He told me I had said I did not want to work with him any longer and to contact the tech who installed it.I'm a 73 year old disabled Vet living on social security.I installed this fairly simple straight forward system and wanted to do the job I contracted him to do ,charge , closeup and leak test the system .He never did the job correctly.He didn't seem to care if the job was done right or if the customer was satisfied.I would not recommend this company at all.

WARNING! This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. He attempted to repair my mini split unit from a period of July 2017 to January 2018. There were many visits and parts changing. When he could not repair the problem, he refused to give me a refund. To add insult to injury he removed the parts that I paid for. I now have missing parts, no refund, and no air conditioning.

Robert did a great job explaining my options for the unit, and guided the project through a challenging permitting process in Fort Lauderdale, but he and his team were persistent and got it done. They did great work on the unit install and the electrical work that went with it, and the room is nice and cool now. I highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.

He was honest. The guy was very knowledgeable, not only in the sense he knew about the system, but as far as suggestions. He was great with that. In my house, I've been trying to get a system for the last two years and with some companies they come out and they can't give you any suggestions on how to go about purchasing a system. And the guy was giving me suggestions, and like I said, he was honest, very detail oriented, so he was great. I would say they had a plan on how the work was gonna be done. He did everything right. I don't know if he could have done anything better; he did everything right. That company is the first company I've dealt with as it pertains to mini-splits, but it seems like a good, fair price. I would give them an A. I don't have a lot of knowledge about different mini-split companies out there, but based on my research online, I think he was fair. I think their company is fair. Yes, absolutely I would use them again.

Great! I had the Mini Ductless A/C unit installed Nov 2015. Our master bedroom gets the evening sun, so it is difficult to cool in the afternoon/evenings. Robert, the owner, answered the phone right away when I called to inquire and came to do the initial evaluation within a few days. He was honest and upfront about everything. The price was exactly what he quoted me over the phone (and cheaper than a lot of other places I had contacted). They had the unit installed and running within a week of when he came out. The crew did a great job and the unit looks nice. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and on time. It took ~5-7 hours to complete the job once they got started. The unit saves us ~$70-$100 on our monthly electric bill and it's still working great. It cools the entire bedroom within 5-10 minutes of turning it on. Very happy customer!

I interviewed three companies for a mini-split in the sun room which is a flat roofed room with no access to main air-conditioner. Robert was the most professional, patient, and educated out of the three, and his prices beat the other two quotes. He accepted a reasonable deposit and followed through on the exact day he said he was going to. He called on the day of installation to let me know who to expect and at what time, and he called me again after installation to check in on everything. The two installers were very respectful of the house and cleaned up after themselves. I am thrilled with the final product and would highly recommend this company.

I saw Kingdom's ad in the September issue of Angie's List Monthly and contacted them through Angie's List on a weekend. Robert responded on Sunday. Robert was very professional & personable. I received the estimate on Tuesday & installation was scheduled for Thursday morning. After I made the installation appointment and before installation, I contacted Robert to see if we could change the placement of the outside unit (further from the inside unit). Robert replied that was possible with an extension kit which I readily agreed to. Thursday morning, Russ & Jay arrived and completed the installation in about four hours. They were both professional and very polite. The installation went well & the unit is functioning perfectly. I definitely would recommend them.
