+ -1 moreWe purchased a specialty cook top from them. They had to special order it. I called it a few weeks after they were supposed to be there and as a gesture, he said he would give me the service contract and the delivery fee back (but he will still honor the contract). I did receive the check from him. It had been 3 months and I called the warehouse he was ordering from and they said they couldn't release it because they had not been paid. I was forced to threaten him with legal action and he somehow had it released the next day, though I had to go and get it. He has never given me the service contract and I would tell people to stay away from this company.
