Super knowledgeable and great service! Originally only sought to do bathroom but the work was so detailed and Ray walked me through everything and carefully explained every option and choice, that I moved forward and had him handle kitchen remodel as well. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who's interested in a great experience.

We buy 3 hours for one Handyman for 3 hours. After the Job , they told me that he need to use 2 handyman and not one and that the Time of service was in total for the 2 handyman one hour and half more. For all this he told me that i have an aditional invoice to pay and we never autorize the extra time. They must tell you if more time and people is need it and i decided if i aproveed or not that extra aditional Payment Now they send me this email yesteday : Hi I am not worry about anything I own my company. if you like to talk to the Angie's you're welcome too. Please send me a check for your invoice

This is my second time hiring Ray at Dream Living Modeling and just like my experience the first time, I could not be happier with the service. I purchased a 3 hour offer and Ray addressed all the tasks on my "to do" list. He was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and all the work areas were cleaned and tidied up afterwards. The 2 major jobs I had them address was drywall repair (due to a roof leak) and replacement of several outlets. Most of the outlets throughout my house have the odd issue of having loose connections...basically anything you plug in to them had the tendency to fall out, especially larger adapters. He also tightened my dishwasher which was loose due to it not being properly sized. And finally he secured a the base of a hanging light fixture. Overall, once again, I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company. I've used several handyman services in the past and will be sticking with Dream Living moving forward!

RAY CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY ALL THE WAY FROM MIAMI. DETERMINED HE NEEDED A BIGGER LADDER AND ANOTHER PERSON DUE TO NEEDING TO WORK FROM THE OUTSIDE OF WINDOW AS OPPOSED TO THE INSIDE. BOTTOM LINE IS THE PROBLEM IS IN THE ACTUAL BRICKS ON THE BUILDING. WE NEED A BRICK LAYER TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

Ray was very responsive when discussing the job and showed up on time. The work was done with great care and he even cleaned up afterwards. Did not take long to get appointment and price very reasonable.

The work was completed to my great satisfaction. I had several jobs that needed to be completed and as soon as one job was done, he quickly and accurately moved onto the next job not wasting any time to complete all projects. I felt very trusting and comfortable with him. He educated me on structural and electrical areas of my home. At the end, I offered to tip him, but he refused saying, that a satisfied customer was enough for him!!! I was so pleased, impressed and satisfied with his work I DEFINATELY will rehire him.

Everything turned out well. Jay is a nice guy and knows what he's doing. Looking forward to hiring him for some additional work soon.

The day before the appointment I called him to confirm and he said no problem. I stressed to him that due to her work schedule my Tenant is never home before 4:30pm. He showed up at the property at noon and then cancelled because he "waited too long" he was very unprofessional and I was wholly embarrassed by my tenant because I told her I would have someone at the property. I don't know if it was a language barrier but he refused to drive back and do the estimate even though we advised him if he arrived earlier he would be waiting. We will not be using him again. Worst service I've ever received from a repairman.

He's the best! He's actually form Boston originally. He's someone to call because he gets the job done! I'm lucky to find him on Angie's List. I definitely recommend him. If you need someone to do all the little projects in the house, he's great!

I wasn't able to get appointment in timely manner. The communication wasn't proficient enough to schedule appointment.

Excellent, Ray was very professional and knowledgeable about how to proceed with the project. Project was difficult due to old unit being cement to wall and ground, but Ray kept at it till he got it removed. He even went to Home Depot to get the parts he needed to finish the job.

Overall I was extremely pleased and happy with every aspect of the work performed. The cost was reasonable and Ray was very professional and diligent. From the start, he was very good with communication via email, text, and phone...and most importantly showed up ON TIME on the agreed upon date/time! He was easy to work with and completed everything just under 3 hours. There was an issue with the smart lock install due to moulding on the door that he was able to figure out and workaround with no issues. I already have several other projects in mind that I plan on using Ray for again!

As it turns out, all that needed to be done to fix the issue was to reset the circuit-breakers. Whomp whomp. Ray was still nice and understanding, and assured us that if we ever ran into another problem, he would be here for us. I've lived in Miami for 14 years and have never come across a more professional electrician. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray to anyone who has a need for a dependable electrician.

Ray did an excellent job with his fine skills. He completed any given task with responsibility. He is hardworking and honest man. He tries to finish the job with the greatest commitment. We would willingly recommend him with confidence and trust to others.

I had to call Angie's list to get contact info and tell them I bough their shop offers because I did not receive a message from them after I purchased.

There were no problems with the process and the door was re-hung professionally. Would recommend Ray to any homeowner.

The handyman showed up for two hours of work I purchased on Angieslist for $100. He then refused to do the work saying it's $700 job. I said that I bought two hours of his time and he could work for two hours and if there is more work I will pay him hourly. He refused again and said his quote for the job is $700. This contractor apparently lures customers with special discount and then tries to raise the price when he shows up. I wasted time having to meet him and have everything ready for the job. Same day I found a baseboard installer on craigslist who did the job for $125 and in less than 90 minutes. When somebody buys two hours of handyman services it should mean two hours period. There is no job, it's time only.

There was an additional charge of $40. The job ended up being more in hours. They did a good job. What stood out well was his honesty. He came out and explained to me what had previous been done and how it was done incorrectly and he went ahead and put in extra work to rectify the problem and did a quality job that we should have got in the first place.

He is very hard worker. On-time. Does a great job.
