DR. SPRINKLER

We met with Everett on Feb. 2nd, 2009 and signed a contract for the complete sprinkler installation. Everett informed us the complete job would take 2 days. The work was to begin on Feb. 3rd at 10:00AM. They did not show up in the morning, we called at 10:00AM and Everett said they were on their way. They did not arrive until 5:30PM worked for 1/2 hour and left at 6:00. They did not show up or return our calls on 2/4. They showed up on 2/5 at 6:00PM, worked for another hour and left. We called them almost daily and were always told that they were on their way, but they rarely showed up. They left our front yard all dug up (trenches everywhere), they ran the PVC pipes above the ground in our backyard. I have not received the pump or timer. On 2/23 someone named Carlos from Dr. Sprinkler called to tell me they had not completed the job because they were involved in an auto accident on 2/21. I told him that while unfortunate, on the date of the accident they were already in on the job for over 2 weeks on a supposed 2 day job. In the 2 weeks they worked for approximately 3-4 hours total. At this point I am sending them a letter giving them 10 days to complete the job. I am notifying them that after 10 days I will hire another company to complete the job and will be taking Dr. Sprinkler/Everett Butler to small claims court seeking a full refund.
