He told me he would have to take my faucet off to take it to the plumbing store it was purchased at to match the part. It would have cost me $85.00.

The owner answered the phone which I find to be of great benefit and he took care of the problem same day. He also suggested a possible solution to prevent future incidents. Very pleased!

I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any plumbing that I need He also did a thorough check on the rest of my indoor plumbing and let me know what needed to be replaced and that I could do it myself. Mr. Paul arrived on time to access the work to be done. He quoted me a price of $350 to install the faucet, connect the drain pipe for both the sink and dishwasher. He returned the following day, he had to do some additional work. I am very pleased with the service rendered and will use him in the future.

!The fixtures they replaced were extremely old and I was impressed with their skill and the parts they hand and/ or purchased for the process. The team was really nice and professional. The gentlemen with whom I worked had a strong accent of French patois (they may be Haitian; I didn't ask), which could pose problems for those who have trouble understanding accents. However, they really knew their stuff! I felt very comfortable with them. I would definitely use D Paul Plumbing again!

This company is GREAT. They willingly took on and accomplished a few small repairs that we needed. Prices were fair, service was easy to schedule, showed up when promised, took care of the repairs, and cleaned up before leaving. Doesn't get any better.

I called Paul and requested a quote to have four copper supply lines extended and capped in preparation for new bathroom vanity installation. He discussed $$ with me over the phone without seeing the job and even though I thought it was a bit high for an hour's worth of work I agreed because of the timing. I also told him that I did all prep work as far as wholes in the wall etc., had the copper pipe and caps already, and would shutdown water in the house so I could make as easy and inexpensive as possible since I do not solder/sweat pipe. He did the job well but I did need to supply him with some wet rags and containers for water, etc. which I think a plumber would have but that's fine. Soldering wasn't completely clean but didn't leak which was most important. I'm handy and a bit of a perfectionist...so tough critic. There was an additional charge due to the fact needed some additional couplings but probably more than the hardware store. Paul did show up in the time frame he gave me and called to keep me updated. He is very nice guy and professional. He also gave me a couple spare parts to reuse my existing valves again which he didn't have to do. I would hire him again.

It went okay. He needed to come out several times because he didn't have the parts and it didn't work the first he came. We have two toilets so we have to replace something inside the toilet, he tried to fix the one toilet but he doesn't have the part and he didn't know where to get it and that actually didn't work; the other one, he put in a laundry sink for it and that went very well, everything was fine with that. We have to call for another plumber to fix the other toilet and they were able to fix it.

I could not have gotten better service. Mr. Paul came to look at the job a couple days ago. There were bees in the area, so i had to get rid of them before the plumbing work could begin. On inspection we discovered that the problem causing the non-functioning toilets was tree roots invading the pvc pipe for the toilet-sewer connection. After the tree cutter cut out the large roots we were finally ready on Friday afternoon for the plumbing repair. Mr. Paul arrived about 7 p.m. on Friday night and worked at least 3 hours to perform this difficult job. He succeeded. His price was quite reasonable./

They were pretty good. They're reasonable.

I gave the coupon to my neighbor. She had one bathroom totally plugged and one bath where the toilet had to be reset. He tried to clear the plug but was not able to do it. My neighbor told me he said she had to rip the outside wall out to find the problem. He did secure the second toilet very well. He accepted the coupon for trying to clear the plug and requested payment to attach the toilet.

DPaul Plumbing did a terrific job installing our new toilet in our guest bathroom. We will definitely use him again. Thanks for a SUPERB JOB!

Paul and his assistant had every part they needed in their van to completely change over the pipes under my vanity. They were expert and professional and did an amazing job! The sink works better than it ever did and the bathroom remodel is only a year old. Wish I had them the first time around. They were prompt, clean and tidy, worked longer than I expected on this job and charged me an extremely reasonable overtime charge of $55. These guys are pros and I will call them again for my plumbing needs. Even though they are Maimi based, they traveled to me in Tamarac.

The plumber, Paul, was very professional, courteous and respectful of being in my house. He arrived on time after calling me along the way for directions. He had all the right tools and parts and seemed to know his trade well. During the work he received a phone call but told the party that he was on a job and would have to call them back. I would say it was a very good service experience from my perspective.

I called DPaul after reading the positive reviews on Angie's List. The response to my call was prompt. Paul arrived promptly and ready to attack the problem. The matter was resolved speedily and professionally. He also fixed some fixtures that needed small repairs. I was completely impressed with the service. DPaul advertised a 2 hour special for $119.00; appointment required. Before I purchased I inquired as to making an appointment for tomorrow in order to replace a tankless waterheater. DPaul called me back about an hour later to tell me that he considers the next day as an emergency call (which it wasn't) and he would not honor the coupon advising he would charge me normal rates 2 hour minimum. Needless to say it wasn't an emergency, I was attempting to make an appointment but DPaul wouldn't honor the discount. Therefore, I advised him I would engage another plumber to which he replied no problem. I did not purchase the DPaul discount nor would I recommend anyone make such a purchase.

I had called two other plumbers before I finally joined Angie's list neither of the other two plumbers have ever returned my call! Is work really that plentiful that they don't even call you back?? Once I located a plumber from Angies list I sent him an email over the weekend, he contacted me first thing Monday morning and set a time for the very next morning.He called to say he was on his way and arrived by 9am. The job was completed quickly & and without incident. He advised me I should take photos in case I needed to file a claim with my insurance company.

Arrived on time on a weekend. Repair required an unusual part but he managed to fix it with what he had in his truck. Excellent experience.

Paul and assistant spent a lot of time removing the sink faucet in the master bath. He explained what he was doing. The faucet was only about two years old but had a part that was rusting in it, he explained the metals might not be compatible. Explained what he was doing. Searched two plumbing supply places for the part and Home Depot. Ended up having to purchase a new faucet. Could not find that part. Paul called to check with me and the price. He also wanted to match the type metal the rest of the plumbing fixtures were. Spent a lot of time returned spent more time putting the faucet in. He even did something to make it easier to open and close the drain the other one did not close properly. Then he went into the other bathroom to fix the shower button. He had to remove the plate and then replaced with new caulking. His assistant was also very good. Every thing cleaned up. Great customer service and repair. Excellent.
