They came to my home, at the time they quoted which is so rare these days. Extremely polite, engaging & got right to work on unclogging my pipes leading to septic tank. I've been burned by other contractors so I am guarded with high expectations that were met with DPaul plumbing & I now have a new plumber for life. Cannot recommend enough. Extremely reasonable, professional & had a personality that answered my 90 questions. Love this company.

Dpaul and his team are really great no nonsense plumbers. They helped me out with several other items around the house, was responsive, dependable and affordable. They have a family quality to the team and would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend DPaul. He's fixed every plumbing problem that we've had over the past 2 years in our 1955 house. I found him here on Angie's List and wanted to pay it back by providing a review for anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy plumber.

They were neat and tidy and did a fine job.

We have had ten - TEN - plumbers out to our house in the past five years. DPaul did a great job of fixing the stoppage (ick) and then did a video to determine where the root of the problem was. He came the same day, was early and gave me options for pricing - all of which were very reasonable. And the work was done properly. He was even honest enough to tell me that there was an alternative fix which a different company would offer which would be better for my particular problem. That never happens. I highly recommend.

It was great and they were fine! They installed a toilet for us and did a great job! They were highly professional and gave me advice about the toilet I was looking for. I had them help me purchase a toilet as well. They arrived on time and got it installed in a timely manner.

Awesome, this guy is the bomb!!! Would recommend him to family and friends in a heart beat. He was on time, fast, professional and reasonably priced. The experience was very good. He was extremely professional, courteous, and very friendly. He and his employees are very customer services oriented. Not only was he able to fix the bad pipe, but he gave me a much better deal than some of the other plumbers had quoted me. And what impressed me the most was how clean they were. Having dug nearly 4-5 feet of dirt onto the floor, I didn't expect them to thoroughly clean it. Not only did they cleaned it, but they even mopped the floors. I was so impressed by their service, that I have used the plumber for several other jobs that I had around the house, and I am recommending them to anyone. Though the owner's name is D Paul-- (and he was very good too), the actual plumber that did all of the plumbing work was Rony. Great from beginning to end. House was build before 1950 and I believe his was the original toilet. It was not a simple fit and required an additional part and some additional work. Good work, good cleanup. Have used before and will use next time I need plumbing work.

I called DPaul Plumbing for an estimate early in the week for a shower valve install and water supply line rerouting. Due to his schedule he didn't come out until Friday however is was not an emergency so no harm done. Paul did a great job on the work itself and was very professional. He took off his shoes at the door and kept things clean though out the job. I asked him to also make a correction to the depth of the shower valve after installed which need to be moved closer towards the front of the shower. He made the correction without any issues. I will be hiring DPaul again in the future.

Paul was fantastic-knowledgable and friendly and really took the time to discover the root of the problem.

The job went perfectly. Two guys came out and did a remarkable job. I have never been so satisfied with a plumbing company. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Everything was great and professional. I would use their services again. I thought it was an excellent deal.

I called them on Monday, May 19th for an estimate. He asked that I send him pictures via text, which I did at 2pm. 6 hours later, he responded by saying "Ok. I will call you tomorrow." Never heard from him to this day.

We had a toilet stop working around 4 pm, we called DPaul, he came after his last job after 5pm, cleared the blocked line at night on a commercial building roof. Then did not charge any overtime fees, just his usual hourly rate. He was quick, courteous, and proffesional. He also worked on my home previously and came after 9pmand fixed a leaking faucet and a leaky drain that would have caused alot of damage if left overnight.

This happened when I was selling my house. I was satisfy with the job they did. They did what they could. They were nothing negative at all, but that was a crazy time because I was moving to a new and big house. They did not do what I needed, but did what the new buyer wanted. They broke a wall because the buyer wanted that before fixing something. That was not my responsibility. Overall, I am grading them an A.

Never contacted by company, my other deals have always contacted me.

This plumber is a rip off and doesn't stand by his work. He is very unprofessional and rude. We hired him to connect a new bath tub to the bathroom existing drain. We didn't have a chance to check his work because we don't live there, so when we found out that the water was draining slowly he refused to return to adjust the drain and demanded $75 more to just look at it then he got nasty and rude. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENNEMY, SO STAY AWAY

The job was done promptly, and well.

located and repaired broken waterline. Involved digging up portion of buried old patio bricks. Called other plumbers but they either couldn't come out for days or tried to sell me a whole new waterline. Arrived quickly after my call and completed the job in a couple of hours after a lot of digging. I would definitely use him again.

Fine. He was on time and performed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

Plumber could not unplug drain through kitchen drain. Tried that without success. Had to unplug stoppage through the pipe on the roof. Mr. Paul arrived at 5:15 and was here until 7:15. He gave a flat rate for the job not per hour and no increase for after hours.

My tenant was irresponsible, but Paul worked to coordinate a way to get the work done.

When I called he asked where I lived. When he heard Weston, he got quite then told me he does not usually go there and would have to charge me $50 for the drive. BS
