Description of Work: I have a chest freezer that runs on propane (as well as electricity). I could get it lit but it would then go out. I called Dolphin to ask if they could send someone to repair it. The owner told me "probably yes" and that she or her assistant would call back soon. I got a call from the assistant who told me she would check with the service/repair man. and call back. When she did call, she told me they were not able at that time to schedule the visit. She told me someone would contact me in the next few days. No one from Dolphin ever contacted me since. Not good. So, I decided they were not the company for me.
