terrible terrible terrible.....ruin your furniture and belonging and then take no responsibility. installers left the place a mess after doing a mediocre job and onto of that they left an unfinished job which will cost thousands to correct. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Installers worked a short day on day one. Day two worked much longer, so long, no time to do a walk thru, which there were many corrections to be made. Rushed thru most and said he would be back the next day. Never showed up or no call ever from Dolphin to see if we were satisfied with the job. I would never recommend Dolphin and as people come to our house to see the floors (beautiful Mohawk floors) I tell them to go to another company!

An incompetent business practice. The do not provide detail receipts and over state the sq ft and waste. Waste on average is 10% not 30%. When I inquired to the store manager he stated I was not a customer and that I was a bit$h for inquiring. I was correct in my calculations. However, I had to file a complaint with the credit card company in order to get any response or corporation.

We were very pleased with the whole process. Knowledgeable staff in showroom. Excellent installation. Professional, prompt. Would definitely use again.

Excellent. Only complaint was the quality of the flooring. Whereas I had been told there was no real difference between the flooring they would provide and what I could get at home depot (other than cost...their's was cheaper) -- the wood flooring scratches very easily. I would focus more on the quality of the flooring options next time than accept the sales pitch that there is no difference.

This company has more than one location. I first went to the one on Kendall and 127 and got terrible service. Appointment missed, a measurement that wasn't realyy correct, and then no response when he was called. Never got a callback. I went to the one near the Falls and it was completely different. Attention to detail, good estimate and accurate measurement. I didn't have a huge amount of carpet left over to be paid for as has happened to me before. Installers were on time and neat and did a great job. Will use them again.

Excellent pricing after doing a lot of comparative shopping. Very professional and helpful customer service.

Dolphins owner came out to our house with samples and measured the rooms we were planning to recarpet. As we had not purchased carpet in quite some time, he explained the types of carpet available and the positives and negatives of each. We selected the carpet for the bedroom and then went to his store the next day to see more samples for the office. We selected the carpet for the office. He then set up a date for installation. On the assigned date, two installers showed up, removed all the furniture from the two rooms and removed the old carpet. They then installed the new carpet and replaced all the furniture. Both men were very friendly and polite and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We were very satisfied with the total experience.

They did an excellent job. They were here for a week, removing the old tile and installing the new tile.. They were so easy to work with. Ivan Salazar was the salesperson and he was extremely courteous and professional. They subcontracted out the installation to XL Flooring? and the subcontractor (Roberto Vargas) was great too. They were on time and got the job done on time as well. They were so tidy and neat with a very messy job. There wasnt even one speck of tile left behind. I was very impressed and I would recommend them to anyone.

The installation throughout was without fault and well done. While there were numerous opportunities for them to avoid replacing the damaged floor (was the source of the moisture outside the walls or through the floor?) similar to numerous controversies in flood insurance claims which might have intruded. I was pleased with the professionalism of Jeff Stevens, Manager, who worked with us through a period of many months which resulted in a fair solution. Installation was by XP Flooring (see separate review for another project) superintended by Enrique Desormeaux. Since we did not vacate the house for the duration of the project, working around our basic needs was no easy task; however, they did so in a friendly and cooperative manner.

Scheduling was perfect, they accommodated our schedule. The installation took two days and was completed by two technicians.

Salesman helped me evaluate all the flooring options for my needs. Installation was punctual and they removed and disposed of old carpet at no extra charge. Very pleased!

The company promised the carpet a expensive berber two weeks before they actually installed it. That is the only complaint we had.Tthe installer was excellent and very professional.The carpet is wonderful. However the promised delivery date was not kept, therefore the B.

Great company, excellent service by Michel in Coral Springs Store. Second time we use this company.

They provided their own tile. I thought they did high-quality work. I was pleased with them. There were some additional concerns after the quote that I wasn't happy about, but I used them anyway.

They were excellent. They came on time. They did run out on the tiles but they got it from the warehouse the next day. They finished the work on schedule. Everything was fine. They did have to come back and fix some very minor repairs and they absolutely had not problems with that. They came out when it was convenient for me and there were no issues.

Very well. The floors look beautiful. Dan came exactly on time as scheduled for an estimate. It was a bit higher than others but well worth it as you get what you pay for. The guys who came to put in the floor are employed by the store so that makes a big difference. They are not some fly by night contractors. They were nice, polite, and professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Dan was receptive to my questions and was a great help. I think the big chain stores were probably less expensive but I feel that they stand by their work and it was well worth any extra cost. I would recommend this company highly.

Before I hired this company, I watched them do a similar job for a friend. They worked fast and accurate. Their cuts were very good. The whole group was busy all of the time. The end result was a beautiful patio and excellent drainage.

After further calls and visits, Gus finally came to the house and agreed that some of the tiles will be replaced and the grouting will be redone. A new repair person was sent with the instruction only to apply grouting at some of the corners, where tiles are sticking out. When I talked to Gus, again he agreed about the need for tile replacement & grout filling, but once again gave the original instruction; the repairman filled one such place and showed us that the flooring would look much worse with that type of application. Finally, he left in disgust with the saying "fixing the hand for a broken leg will not cure it". When I called Gus, and later the store manager Jeff the answer that I got was that they will not do anything further. Both hung up the phone on me. In spite of all these, I want to solve this amicably. All I want is to rectify the above 2 problems. If they cannot find somebody to fix it, let them pay somebody whom I find (also I will need 2 more boxes of tiles).

The salesman were very professional, and shopping was easy. I would use again.

THE INSTALLERS OF THE FLOORING WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE COLOR WAS BEAUTIFUL AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED. I THOUGHT THAT SPENDING THE EXTRA MONEY WOULD BUY ME A QUALITY PRODUCT. I HAD NOTIFIED THE ORIGINAL SALES WOMAN SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER INSTALLATION THAT THE FLOORING WAS EASILY SUSCEPTIBLE TO SCRATCHING AND DENTS WITH THE DROP OF A BELT. SHE STATED THAT DENTS AND SCRATCHES ARE EASILY MADE WITH WOOD FLOORING - THUS MY REASONING FOR PURCHASING AN AREA RUG. I AM STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE FROM MY LETTER DATED AUGUST 28, 2006 TO DOLPHIN.

THEY DID AN AVERAGE JOB. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS REALLY GOOD. THE ONLY THING I HAD A PROBLEM WITH WAS THAT THEY LEFT A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY TOOK ALL OF THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY HAVE A VERY HARDWORKING CREW WORKING FOR THEM.

THEY DID AN OK JOB. THERE IS A DIMPLE IN THE CARPETING. I GOT SO FRUSTRATED WITH THEM THAT I DID NOT EVEN TELL THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. LUCKILY IT IS IN A SPOT WHERE IT CANNOT BE SEEN. THEY WERENT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL USE SOMEONE ELSE NEXT TIME.

THE CONTRACTORS THEY SENT OVER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP THE TRASH AND TAKING IT WITH THEM.
