Description of Work: Tom and his staff were extremely professional and punctual. When I met with Tom he gave me a thorough explaination on how the fence and equipment would be installed. Thereafter, he demonstrated how the dog collar transmitter would work. I really like the fact that I could change the intensity settings of the transmitter. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and was confident that Tom and his team would be able to install the fence properly to contain my dog, Bandit (Rottweiler mixed with Doberman). On the day of the installation, his staff explain how the fence would be installed again. Thereafter, they went to work and installed the fence around the perimeter of my house. They were extremely neat with their work and professional. Once the fence was installed, Tony explained how to change the settings of the collar's transmitter. He placed the collar on Bandit and began to train him. They were very gentle with Bandit and he learned very quickly where the electrical fence was and where he was allowed to go. Bandit no longer jumps the 5 foot wooden fence and he can now enjoy the backyard without being supervised. I would definitely recommend DogWatch to anyone that is looking to install an electrical fence.

Description of Work: Dogwatch set up perimeter electronic fences in the front yard and around the perimeter of our house. The services performed were excellent. They provide on going assistance when/if needed. The product works and has given us the opportunity to have dogs without the concern of having them in the front yard and running into the street.

+ -1 moreThe installation went great. The two gentlemen that came out did an excellent job. We were very pleased. They told us that if we needed anything to give them a call. They showed us how to use the fence. When they walked our beagle, they told us that she might need a higher number and the next size transmitter. Well, sure enough she went through the fence, but came back through it. My husband called and left two messages about getting the next size transmitter. No one returned his calls and it has been several weeks. We have to watch our beagle carefully. Our other two dogs have done wonderful with the fence.
Description of Work: They installed a hidden fence for our three dogs.

DogWatch Hidden Fences offers the following services: We install a wire that transmits a FM digitally encrypted signal in your yard. Your dog wears a collar with a small receiver that can detect the signal and alerts your pet that he is nearing the hidden fence boundry. Through an easy training program, the dog or cat learns to obey the signal & stay in the fenced area.
