THE INSTALLER WAS VERY POLITE. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HE DID HIS WORK AND THE SERVICE WAS READY THAT VERY MOMENT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. BEST OF ALL, HE SPOKE MY MOTHER'S LANGUAGE (SPANISH). ALSO, THE PHONE LINE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH OR SPANISH.
