They showed up and quoted me a price of $980. When I called their competition(someone else on Angie’s list) they said normally they’ll charge me $500, but to get me as a customer , they’ll charge me $350. 1/3 the price of what Direct Air wanted. Then I had to pay a $125 service fee to Direct. I cannot understand how they received such high ratings on Angie’s list.

Direct Air's installers arrived right on time the next morning. I have to say how surprised I was with the smooth removal of my old outside unit, placing the new slab and installing my new AC. Next, working inside, they were very careful, covering my floors and removing all debris. Every detail was taken care of, above and beyond what I expected. I'm very happy with my new Lennox air conditioner and I would highly recommend Direct Air!

Everything was fantastic from my first interaction with Direct Air. Wilbert assisted with a quote for the two services and did an air quality report, which he went over with me on the phone to explain everything. He was quick and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating to my schedule. I hired them for both jobs, scheduled the duct cleaning on a Thursday and the work was done by Charles and Luis. They were very fantastic, to say the least. Funny, helpful, extremely professional. They covered my floors with canvasses and cleaned up after they were done with the work. The ac was replaced by Roberto and his assistant Tatiana. They were both terrific. I am extremely satisfied with the services and prices. I would definitely recommend Direct Air. Not a guy of many words, but I thought it would be great to share my experience with these folks. We hired them to clean the duct of our AC after a full renovation in our home. They came to check it out and gave us the estimate. Excellent price and availability, which was important to us because we wanted it done right away. It takes a few hours and that's it, not messy at all. The quality of the air improved a lot, and my wife's allergies have gone away. Thank you for the excellent service.

They did an excellent job installing the new unit, So far the unit is working beautifully. It puts out more volume of air than the previous unit and is colder too. I read online that Lennox is rated very well. Compressor is very quiet. I would've preferred a higher SEER(16 or better) unit but the price would have gone up. Mine is rated between 14 and 15 SEER. Haven't seen a full electric bill yet but I'm hoping it's going to be a little bit lower, since the unit puts out colder air it arrives at the programmed temperature faster. They also cleaned all the air ducts.

I must say I'm impressed! My A/C unit (handler and condenser) had to be replaced after Hurricane Irma. I called Direct A/C and spoke with Will who came out to my home for an inspection/analysis on the same day. He was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all of our options. After the visit he was available every time I called with follow-up questions - which was often. Because I like to shop around, I had 4 other companies visit my home for quotes, in addition to Direct A/C. However, due to the service provided by Will the decision was easy. Two days later technicians Carlos and Rob arrived (on time) to install my new Carrier 3.5 ton condenser and 5 ton Carrier air handler. These two technicians are experienced, respectful, and provide quality work while effectively communicating the entire process. Overall, their attitude and approach to ensuring that the job performed exceeded all expectations is a rarity in the service industry. I would highly recommend Direct A/C to family and friends.

Pedro was very knowledgeable and was able to detect what was going on with my AC. He gave me many tips on how to maintain my AC for the future. I would refer their service to anyone.

Tech did very little due to age of AC. Angie's list charged us and the AC company double charged us. So far we have not received a refund of the overcharge.

Charlie arrived at our house a few hours after we called. He was responsive, professional and walked us through the problem, showing us the parts that were impacted. He fixed the issue in less than an hour.

Our A/C unit in the house really started to fail one afternoon and Direct Air Conditioning was able to come the next morning to check it out. A technician and sales guy, Will, came by at about 11am the next morning. He quickly noted that the A/C unit was failing and explained why we needed to replace it ASAP (the blower was loose and if it came off, it could start a fire in the house). They presented us with three options at different price points and took the time to explain the tradeoffs between all three. Thankfully, they were able to begin installation within 90 minutes of the initial appointment. MIguel, the installer, was professional and worked hard and efficiently to get the unit installed as soon as he could. My old unit was installed improperly and immensely difficult to remove. Miguel called for additional help and they arrived within an hour. He finished installation within five hours and did a great job cleaning up after himself. I recommend these guys for anyone looking for air conditioning units and maintenance services. They're top notch.
