I was leaving Costco and saw a pamphlet about air conditioners, so I picked one up, after speaking to a representative there. Direct Air contacted me the next day and came to my home promptly, to give me an estimate to replace both my compressor and air handler, which were quite old and leaking water into my home frequently. The representative was friendly and helpful, and I got what I believe was a good discount by going thru the Costco member plan. A couple days later two men came and replaced my old equipment with Lennox units. They laid a new concrete slab for the outside compressor and installed everything in a few hours. It was a lot of work. They did a great job, and now, nine months later, everything is working very well. I'm very happy with the price and service I received from Direct Air, and would recommend them to anyone who needs to replace or service their home central a/c.

I cannot say enough complimentary things about Direct Air Conditioning Miami. Wendell Mullis was the employee who repaired my air-conditioner and the person I dealt with most. These days it is a good feeling to know you're dealing with people who know what they're doing, are courteous and prompt. If I need repair or replacement again I will be sure to use Direct Air Conditioning Miami.

I made the decision on which company I wanted, and they came with the unit they needed next day. It was done in several hours and satisfactory in every way. It was the only make that would fit in the space we had for it

I called them Tuesday Morning and the came as scheduled that very afternoon. They were very thorough and are certified. There was good cleanup on completion. This was the second job I had had them do, and in both cases work was completely satisfactory.

i was still having problems from the repair that was installed on 08/24/21018 so on Saturday 08/25/2018 at around 9 am DirectAir tech showed up and Mr. Luis Tellez started checking all the wiring on the blower motor and found the problem and fixed it and got my air working better than it has ever ever been, me and my wife were both so happy about this. what a true and great worker this man Luis Tellez is for the company. Thank You Luis for being a great honest worker that you are.

They sent a technician earlier that promised. He requested help to correct the problem and Charles Davila was sent. Charles figured out issue and corrected what turned out something that was caused by a faulty installation. Great work.

I set up an appointment with the office manager (Jose) and he had told me that they would be out to my house in Palmetto Bay between 8am and 12p on Tuesday. I thought a 4 hour window was plenty of time, in fact more than enough. In fact, I had an additional appointment with a competitor of Direct Air between 11a and 1pm. I called Jose since I was at my Duplex at around 8:45am to ask if the technician was going to be on time, and he told me not to worry they will call me 30 minutes before arrival, and if they were going to be late they would call to inform me in advance; with a 4 hour window I would hope that would not be an option. Long story short, at 12pm I call Jose back and stated that I received no phone call about the tech being late and where was he? He said he was sorry, and I told him I had been there since 7:45 with no lunch or dinner. At 12:54 I get a call from Luis the tech telling me he will be there in 30 minutes. He showed up at 1:20 pm, 5 hours and 20 minutes I waited without even an apology. He spent all of about 5 minutes with me. I told him if I ran a business the way Direct Air runs their business, I would be out of business. No punctuality, no phone calls, no apologies. Come on you guys have to do better than this!! Oh, I almost forgot their competitor showed up at 12:20, spent 15 minutes with me, gave me a written estimate and was gone before Direct Air ever showed up. And I still have not received my e-mailed estimate from Direct Air. At this point, even if it was Dirt Cheap, I don't believe I would accept it. I now know their customer service is really shameful. Unbelievable!

We have relied on DirectAir for our A/C needs for the past 23 years. Ever since their very first visit they have given us top notch in quality for workmanship and equipment. Over the years they have changed twice our entire A/C system. With the climate change upon us all, and summers inexorably becoming hotter and hotter, my response has always been to request from DirectAir to upgrade and install ever more powerful and efficient A/C systems in our house, and they have always delivered. Today I requested a visit in order to inspect and service the A/C system as a preventive maintenance. And as I have become accustomed to nothing but honesty and quality from DirectAir, their technician Luis Tellez delivered the very same again, no surprises and/or surcharges. To the team comprising DirectAir, thank you for the service you have always provided me with. Continuing to do so, will ensure our lasting relationship where our both sides are winners.
