Description of Work: Was here on time and called and let me know when he would be here. Upon inspection, he noticed a capacitator needed replacement and suggested a few other issues that I should tend to without any pressure and then answered all my questions completely. I am planning to do a more work with Direct Air soon. A very pleasant experience.

Description of Work: They cleaned ducts but they did not cover the furniture and the material from the ducts fell on the furniture. Even when I requsted covering the furniture they continued and said they would clean up. I was concerned not just about dust but other allergens falling on the furniture. They were more concerned about the A/C system than cleaning the ducts properly.

Description of Work: I told him the drain line was plugged causing leaking inside and needed cleaning. He inspected and said that was one problem and it also needed coils cleaned. The drain would cost $191.25 to clear, but he would not guarantee anything, and the coils would cost an additional $424 but he would not guarantee anything because he said that would not cure the problem and he really pressed me to buy a new AC unit for over $4,000. I told him that was ridiculous and that I would clear the line myself, so I put some vinegar in it and waited awhile and it worked great. It runs free and I have no leaks now over a month later. I felt he is paid to sell new units and to discourage repairs, which is a real disservice to customers.

I have since used them for routine maintenance and have always been pleased that they take the time to explain what they are doing and why. I plan to keep them for all A/C work on my house.

Description of Work: The first contact went great, but after I was told that I needed to replace my AC unit everything went downhill. I was jerked around for a month, telling me that they'd install the next day and the next and the next. They blamed it on the city permit, yet signed documents they needed sat in my mailbox for over a week. And then, they promised they'd re route a drip line which they didn't do at first, then did it incorrectly so it blocked a gutter. When it came to a final inspection, I had to contact the owner directly because after 10 emails and 3 weeks no one got back to me. Finally, we scheduled an inspection. And then the guy almost killed himself by not looking at the very obvious Powerline and hitting it with his ladder, which knocked out the power on the street for hours. I'm happy he didn't die or get injured, but I was shocked at the lack of competency. As a professional, he should've paid more attention. The owner gave me free guarantees and free service but I would rather pay someone else than use them again
