I did not have the type of ducts suitable for this type of cleaning, so I had to cancel, but the company was very prompt and courteous and happily credited my payment to another service on Angie's List. I would highly recommend them. They always answer the phone and were happy to schedule anytime that was convenient for me. Great customer service.

The owner showed up on time to inspect and give an estimate. (This was on a Saturday.) After discussing old unit we decided to replace the entire unit not just the compressor. He said it could be done that day. Pedro and Craig arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to install the new unit. They were friendly, courteous and professional. The installation was excellent and they did an exceptional job cleaning the area. Very impressed with these gentlemen and their company. It was in the 90's and their speed was greatly appreciated.

At first the service rep did not know it was a two story house so he had to call for another worker to help him carry the vacuum upstairs. But it all went great with ;minimal mess. But that night, two rooms were not receiving any air so I called the office and had a representative come out to see what the problem was and he confirmed that there was a problem. Another person came out two days later since it was over the weekend, and crawled in my attic to see if there was a problem with the vents, there was no problem but he did readjust the ventilation somehow and now everything is ok. So they came out 3 times to correct the problem and did not charge me extra. They were very professional and courteous. I will certainly call them again.

I called the number Angies List provided for my profile. I gave all my specifics of what i wanted - the gentleman stated hold on a minute. Next, a women comes on and says hello - I stated i was talking with a gentleman about a Lennox instalation. She states he transferred me. Without telling me, he transferred me to a new office!! Now I am surprised and I have to provide all the five minutes of information for the specific items I want. The appointment is a week away, which is fine, since its the holiday of July 4th. On my scheduled day, the employee calls me (late) and says I am reading here you want a Lennox - I answer yes. He states we dont service them because of a dispute!! Now I'm upset because I waited a week for this appointment. The employee states he'll check with his boss and call me right back to see if there is anything they could do. I am still waiting for the call... DO NOT USE!! Very unprofessional!

$299 or $3400 were the only two options given. The $299 was a flat "top it off" answer. I asked, How many pound does the unit hold? I got the answer from a rookie, " I'm not sure" so I asked how do you know it's $299 then" he attempted to push for financing the $3400 . . . The two techs sat in the truck for few to write up the specs. The mentor was nice but pushed for the financing too. I just felt like a flat $299 to top it of was a standard answer not a factual one. When I declined both. The mentor wanted to then turn off the power to the unit cause it could be a fire hazard states there is a leake, I said ok but then why offer the top it off first? So you'll take my $299 but when I decline you want to shut off the entire unite?? Sounds like a Richard move to me.

Excellent. Carlos was on time and extremely professional. We felt he knew what he was talking about and he did not try to "sell" us anything. Just a good AC doctor! He gave us an excellent overview of what was going on, was able to detect the source of our problem as well as being proactive on the future by noticing details that could potentially present problems in the near future. He will also put us in touch with their contractor to perform additional work that was missing from the installation done by the previous company. We decided to give him/the company the yearly maintenance for both our AC units.

Went well. I was suggested to purchase new A/C as the one I had was performing at peak and no longer cooling as it is 10 years old. I received a quote, and offer for 0% financing for 60 months.

The company's service team was very professional and spent a good part of their day dealing with my issue and then cleaning of our unit. I was very satisfied with their work.

Will from direct air returned my call within reasonable amount of time. They were professional and personable. When he saw the device, he immediate gave me an impression as he described having seen the issue before. As a result, a number of items needed to be replaced. He guaranteed the work and time for completion. The a/c working really well and no issues. It was a positive experience.

Cursory look at the central AC and recommended buying a $4000.00 unit'. Did not.

They were terrible. Said he couldn't get in the crawl space and the air conditioner had a leak. So I said no thanks and he charged me anyway.

The installation was good, but the inspection is taking a while. They lead me to believe the inspection was going to take place during installation. I did everything in a timely manner in terms of getting forms notarized and paying for the permit upfront to get everything expedited as quickly as possible, but it seems like they are being lackadaisical on their end. I'm in an incorporated area where we are fined for unauthorized activities. Now it is May and I still have not heard anything. The service men were very professional. They did not stop and fool around once, they stayed on the job and are very knowledgeable.

Will came during weekend hours, and pointed out to us that our A/C was 29 years old, and the compressor was completely gone. We agreed to a new unit, so an hour later Alex and Carlos came and spent 4 hours installing a new unit, lugging the parts up a spiral staircase and through a long narrow closet. They cleaned up nicely after their work.

My A/C was leaking real badly so I called Direct Air and they sent out Carlos Estevez the same day. He showed up on time and started to unclog the A/C drain and after unclogging the drain he gave me several tips on how to help it stay unclogged. Outstanding A/C technician he did a good job.

Very professional and responsive operation. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased the Angie's list deal for evaluation of the HVAC system. Carlos Estevez was very professional and courteous. He explained our system (which is complicated) with recommendations for maintenance as well as ideas for improvement. He also provided estimates for several options to help us determine how to proceed.

After an initial issue with scheduling, all went great. The guys arrived did the work and cleaned up after they finished.
