George and his team were absolutely professional throughout the entire process, from start to finish the hospitality and service was incredible. More importantly the quality of the pool is outstanding and looks absolutely stunning. Loving every minute of it!!!

First and foremost, we love our pool. However, expectations fell very short after high recommendations. Waiting 14 months for modling issue, that appeared immediately after completion, to be addressed. Designer Pools did not have an issue requesting and receiving on-time payments. This seemed to be the only time the owner, Jorge, had time to stop by. We are still waiting for any sort of respectful & ethical hands-on action from Designer pools. We have 1 year of emails promising an acid wash to correct the distorted blotches on the surface of our Diamond Brite (that is actually peeling off in tiny granules and has absolutely nothing to do with the pool chemical maintenance) This is the action of a poorly applied Diamond Brite process. We have had to request quotes from other pool resurfacing companies to correct Designer Pools error. We clearly understand that we signed a contract, however, it doesn't allow Designer Pools to walk away without making a decent, ethical effort to make things right. Anyaliza has been our point of contact and has tried her best to be on par with communicating with us. I am sure she would agree that we have been very patient throughout this year. Who knew this would happen after being HIGHLY recommended.

This is the second time in 14 years that I use Designer Pools. They constructed my pool originally and I was so satisfied with their quality and service that I rehired them to refurbish my pool 14 years later. And again, I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company if your interested in constructing a swimming pool, deck, and/or outdoor barbecue!!!!!

I called the company and was told that I would receive a call back in half an hour to schedule an appointment- this is the only company I encountered while doing my research into redoing our pool that required the customer to come to the office before they would come to your house to give a estimate. I received a call back within half an hour, and scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday at 11 AM. I drove 30 minutes across Miami to a closed office. I called and, of course, no one answered. Today, Monday morning, I received a phone call from designer pools “following up on my Angie’s List inquiry.” I explained that I showed up to my appointment on Saturday and no one was there. I was placed on hold and then told that the person who was scheduled to meet with us had a family emergency. I understand family emergencies. I don’t blame anyone for that. But it is unprofessional to not receive some sort of phone call at any point in during the following 48 hours with either an apology or explanation, especially after I spent an hour in the car getting to the appointment. And clearly, they had no clue that I had already had a scheduled appointment. Sounds like this company has no clue what it’s doing.

Designer Pools did a Fantastic job. My backyard looks like something out of a Home Magazine.

First appointment no show, no calls, no apologies. I called 2 days after the no show, still no apologies and was told I would receive a phone call to reschedule. Again no calls. I am very disappointed for their lack of concern or professionalism.

It was great, anything I wasn't a hundred percent on they corrected. George the owner was always on top of communicating with me, and the office staff was great. Best pool contractors in South Florida. What they estimated on time, was there, just perfect.

It went excellent, phenomenal. They did a really good and thorough job and I would recommend them. George was very professional and always in communication and kept me informed as to what was going on with the project. He was also very timely which was important. Any questions I've had before and after completion of the work have been answered promptly, I am always able to easily get in touch with them.

A+ experience. Ahead of schedule, quality work, and incredible experience start to finish. They answer their phones, and are there if you have any problems. Very reasonably priced as well.

AMAZING! Jorge Garcia is the owner - he is hands on always available answers his cell and or text messages immediately. Always tells me when and at what time and exactly what part of the project is going to be tackled. Answers all questions with knowledge and professionalism. His team works hard - they even worked on Sunday Father's Day in order to get my pool ready for out of town visitors. He removed all the old coping and surface from my pool, found and repaired a leak, then resurfaced the whole pool with diamond brite, new waterline tile, new coping to match the new paver deck and installed two streaming fountain to give the pool ambience and soothing water sounds. He also installed a new color LED light. At the end (5 weeks total from demolition to completion) my pool is gorgeous, no more leak, beautiful and professional work! Recommend him and Designer Pools wholeheartedely!

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS FABULOUS. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR A LONG TIME. THEIR PRICES ARE GREAT. THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THEY ALSO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I REALLY LIKE THAT THERE IS A FLAT FEE. THEY USE THE BEST CHEMICALS.
