When I first spoke to the plumber, I advised him that I needed to know the time at which he would be showing up since my electrician would need to show up shortly thereafter. I received confirmation on Tuesday that he would be showing up at 2pm. Unfortunately, no work was done that day. But rather than inform me that he would not be working that day so I should tell the electrician he shouldn't come, he simply said "ok", showed up, and advised me that nothing was being done. We agreed that he would do the work on Thursday morning, but the morning came and went and not a word from anyone.

We called the plumber around 1:30PM and explained him that we got a new water heater and we need him to install it. The plumber arrived in our APT around 5PM same day! It took him 15 min to fix our problem. The plumber also told us that still we have warranty on the old water heater and we can fix it if we take it to the manufacture, even told us that they are located 20 min away from our APT. We did call a few plumbers before and they wanted to overcharge us by $400 at lease. The price we got from him was fair and the job was very good and fast. Deferentially will use in the future.

Three months earlier, Herman had come out to fix our 50 year old toilet. He replaced some parts. The next day, we noticed that the toilet continued to self-flush at intervals of maybe a half hour. We got busy with other things. Last week, when we received an unusually high water bill, we called him back. He and an assistant came out promptly and fixed the problem without asking for additional payment. His cheerful demeanor takes the stress out of plumbing issues.

My experience has been very well. I have been using them for about 20 years. I love the service. You can call them in the middle of the night and they are right there. The owner does most of the work too.

Del Mar was my very first call. The day before July 4 in the middle of a holiday week getting service could be challenging. He was very nice and promised to fixe within the same day. Original scheduled to arrive by noon. He got complicated at the previous assignment but, promptly call to advise and made clear I was the priority on his job que. He delivered.

Herman did a great job and was finished within the time specified. The price included parts, too. We were very happy with his service!

My contact with this company has always been good. Work is guaranteed and if any problem arises the company fixes the problem usually without charge. Phone calls may go to an answering machine but the call is returned in a reasonable time. Their has been occasion when a time was set and a previous job has taken longer than expected. The company calls to let me know their are behind schedule and gives me an approximate time of arrival and if this is not satisfactory we reschedule. The company has loyal clients who have used the company as long as it has been in business. They are aware of job overruns and take it in stride. It is the nature of the plumbing business especially when dealing with plumbing that is over 35 years old. I would and do recommend this company, if asked, for the name of a good plumber .

They're the company that deals with my condominium association. They've been here a few times. It went very well overall.

They responded quickly when I called and came when they said they would. They were very professional and came back a couple of times to fix a toilet that I had a problem with. Their prices seemed a little high, but was expected.
