+ -1 moreWent very well. Commitments were met. Various solutions were considered, and after discussion agreed upon final solution including recommendation of a contractor to install helical piers.
Description of Work: Visual assessment of structure. Core soil sample taken with associated analysis. Physical excavation of two locations around foundation. Solution provided to mitigate problem using helical piers along with blueprints for contractor.

+ -1 moreI did not receive a bill yet. That will come with the report. I do not believe that it will be excessive.
Description of Work: I required an inspection and report to abate the cost of my Windstorm Insurance. Davis engineers provided me with an engineer last name of creech. Mr. Creech arrived on time and was very diligent in his inspection, even going into the attic. I was very pleased with his visit.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSPECTING OUR HOME. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND PUNCTUAL. THEY GOT THE REPORT OF ALL OF OUR DAMAGES OUT RIGHT AWAY.
