The electrician that repaired the fan was very professional. He did a great job.

J.P. went above and beyond a traditional store salesman. He helped us determine which size and style fan was the best for each room. Then helped us determine what type of switches were best for each room's use (in-wall, remote, etc.). He even helped us find the best fans for the patio, near the pool, and where it would be near chlorine. Though I did the installations myself, he gave me detailed explanations of the wiring needed, including a 3-way switch. When we determined we needed a different down-rod, he had one of his staff bring it to the house. And he spent more than an hour on the phone helping me with the wiring. He even looked at email photos we sent to him to better clarify the situations. Oh, and the fans are excellent (and QUIET), too. This is where you want to buy your ceiling fans, with confidence and service unmatched anywhere in Miami (at least that I've found so far).
