It went fine when he did the service. Was quoted $500.00 on phone. Was charged $700.00. He would not return my phone calls even though he said he would explain the report to me once I received it. I sent him an email saying he would not return my phone calls and he also referred a mold remediator That was very unprofessional. He returned my email did not address not returning my phone calls but did address the mold remediator he referred and said he did not ever have any complaints about him. His report was horrible did not explain things to be done detailed enough for remediators.

The service was done on time and he was very punctual. Described the steps of what he was doing and when I could expect the results of the mold test. I would refer this company. Thanks, Marissa Hanson

On the phone we talked about the price and it was supposed to be 600-700 dollars with the attic and crawl space included. Just the interior of the house was 500 dollars and each additional space was an additional 100 dollars. When he was at our house he did not find any mold visually and he and I decided not to inspect the attic and crawl space. But still the price turned out to be 700 dollars! Now the price was 100 dollars/air sample and he did seven of them in the house. He gave me the option to remove some to lower the price, but I would have appreciated knowing the price in advance and how many air samples he was planning on doing. He mentioned that other companies often say a lower price on the phone and then once they are at your house the price increases. But this was actually just what happened with him! So make sure to clarify the price before starting. In the end we had a little bit of mold in one of the air samples, but we don't know where it is located. So I am still as clueless as I was before having the inspection done. The mold inspector pushes the task of finding the mold to a mold remediation company, so to really have a good answer to "do I have mold and where?" you need to contact several different kinds of companies. I thought the 700 dollars would be enough to answer that question. He was punctual and answers promptly when you contact him.
