Jose Herrera came right away and there was no charge for giving an estimate. He was on time, very nice and professional. I would use him again.

We're on a service plan. They were excellent. My experience with them in general is that they're very, very fair with their price. I wish I knew more people in different industries like them, they're actually really really good. They've done refrigerator, they service air conditioning units, they've replaced air conditioning units, they've done washing machines, they've done dryers, they've done dishwashers and water heaters as well. Many times, they do it on the first visit because they carry a lot of the normal replacement parts with them. If not, they will normally just troubleshoot it, estimate it and they will come back the next day to finish the job. Only once or twice have I had to wait because a part wasn't available. Normally, depending on the job, one or two servicemen come out. Normally, it's one, for a bigger job or if they're training, they bring out two. Their responsiveness is really what makes them shine. They're very responsive. I've called when the air conditioner broke in the middle of July with an office full of employees and they will always say, "Hey listen, I can't promise you today," but whatever they say, they do. Likewise, when I'm not in a hurry for something, I'm like, "Hey listen, put it on for whenever you can. I don't need someone here ASAP."

At first I thought it went wonderfully, they came right out on short notice and ordered the refrigerator part and got it back into tip top shape, and the technician finished fixing the dryer vent in a just a few minutes. However, when I came home later I was informed by a friend who took a look at the vent on whim that if I had run the dryer it would have burnt up the whole unit. The technician had failed to clean the exhaust vent while he was reattaching the other one, leaving it completely blocked.

The company came to look at the range but did not know how to fix it. They asked me for the manual and tried to fix it by reading the manual. I thought this was strange. Then they tried to yank the door open but this did not work. They open the panel for the computer and were able to get the top to work so I could cook but they did not know how to fix the oven. They company then sent another specialist with a part to fix the oven. The specialist installed the part but the oven still did not work. He said tha the part for the computer also had to be fixed and it would cost an additional $500 dollars. The first call was $50, the fist part they brough was $350 and then I needed another part. The specialist could not guarantee that this would fix it and I should consider buying a new stove. I told him to remove the part and that I would think about it. I called the company where I purchased the oven and as it turns out I had bought the warranty. They sent someone to fix my oven for free and it only took them 10 minutes to reset a button on the back of the stove. To make matters worse, Dade Appliance started contacting me regarding the part that was installed and removed the same day and they wanted me to pay for it! I told them that the specialist removed the part at my request and that I did not owe them any amount for the part. The whole experience was terrible. I would not recommend their services. I should have known it was not going to go right when the first guys asked me for the manual.

I called them on 10/12/06 and spoke with the receptionist, and she said someone would call you on 10/13/06 in the morning. The receptionists stated that the price would be a min. labor charge of 69.95, and then no one called me back. I eventually talked to a repairman, and he said a min. charge of 79.95. When I asked if he could replace the belt, and I would buy drain hose from him, the repair man wanted to do both the drain hose and repair the belt. I suggested he do the belt repair, and I would buy the drain hose from him and replace it ourselves. He "yelled" if it is easy then do it yourself and hung up the phone. The receptionist was rude, and they did not seem like they cared.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR THREE YEARS AND THEY WONDERFUL. BEFORE THE WORKERS EVEN GOT TO THE HOUSE THEY KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY REPAIRED THE WASHER IN LESS THAN A HOUR. THEY LEFT NO UNTIDINESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP.
