D & B TILE OF SOUTH MIAMI

I needed alot of tile for two total bathroom renovations. Made 3 trips to this store because they have a great selection of tile and installation materials but no one offered to help me or was available to help me the first two visits. They were all gathered behind the counter conversing or working, seemingly oblivious to my presence although a chime goes off when you enter the door. Because I couldn't find a particular glass mosaic border tile anywhere else except D & B, I returned the 3rd time. After at least 20 minutes looking around the entire store, I sought out a person to help me. Once I had his attention, he went out of his way to get me a sample and subsequently place my order. He was polite and accomodating and helped me get just what I needed. I don't know if this store assumes that everyone who walks in knows everything there is to know about tile or if they just feel customers should be left alone and help them only when they ask for help. Sadly, inbetween my first and third trips, I found all my floor and wall tiles somewhere else so they got very little of my overall business. If I am ever in the market again for tile, however, I will return to D & B because they do have a nice selection and display.
