The owner came on Saturday at the agreed upon time and did thorough inspection, including the attic ducts.He was the only person who did this out of the 4 companies that gave me estimates. He then gave me an estimate of the cost for the A/C unit that would suit my needs. He didn't pressure me for an immediate response as most of the others did. I told him I would call him after I got a couple more estimates if I chose his company. After the estimates from the other companies were done I felt the most comfortable with D-Air's owner Carlos and called him to let him know that we had decided on his company. From there everything went smoothly as he did everything from the cement slab that we needed to enlarge to the permitting and they finished on time and cleaned up everything before leaving. We feel we made an excellent decision and would recommend him to anyone who needs an air conditioner.

Description of Work: Replaced outside a/c unit. Responsive company - they had to pull a permit for the work and this was the only delay! Edwin and Carlos made it all happen immediately the permit was approved.

Description of Work: Replaced central air conditioning unit to accommodate a house remodel. |I have been very pleased thus far with the quality of customer service received from this company . My new unit (Trane) replacement experienced some minor glitches which were addressed quickly and professionally by |D-Air.
