Also had follow up conversation on phone to go over details and confirm measurements with knowledgeable staff members. Once order is submitted, payment made online or by phone if preferred. Within 2-3 weeks cushions arrived. My first order turned out that I did not allow quite enough size in back pillows for what I really needed. Mike offered to remake these back pillows for me at no additional charge. Fantastic. The new pillows were more than perfect. My new cushions look amazing and for half the cost I had been quoted by local upholstery companies. I can't wait to order some additonal products from Mike and company at CushionsXpress. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish.
Description of Work: Custom cushions for 84" sofa requiring 2 large seat cushions and 2 pillow style back cushions. Cushions for the seat were uphostery foam wrapped in a down/feather on top, bottom, and 3 sides. Upholstery cover was a sunbrella fabric with welting in a different color also sunbrella with zipper closure. Back cushions were down/feather blend with a protective liner in high count cotton and finished with a sunbrella cover with welt and zipper. Everything looks terrific- cushions are all thick and plush. Back pillows are very full and gorgeous as well as comfortable. Terrific contact person- Mike Rodriguez- professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Contacts by email- two conversations with staff, to clarify details and the service is fast, affordable and the product is a wonderful value for the money spent.
