cube² (architecture)

We were looking to hire an architect for our upcoming garage conversion. I called and spoke to whomever answers the phone and she explained I needed to consult with their interior designer first then it would be determined if I needed an architect. I left my contact information and did note hear back. I called again and left message concerning the lack of response and was told someone would be in touch. Never heard from them.

We are delighted to thank Cube2 with our project. We were newbies and had almost no idea on how to proceed. Their advice and step-by-step guidance was invaluable to getting our condo upgraded. They started the project with detailed measurements of our condo and created drawings showing where things were; then, they walked us through the changes they recommended and were very amenable to our thoughts and suggestions; after this, we could use their drawings meet with the contractor, who also had further suggestions. Since we were in Chicago and our condo was in Miami, we faced further challenges in terms of project; fortunately, Cube2 was there to audit the contractor. We have been so fortunate in finding Cube2 to help us bring our project to completion. Thanks Cube2!

Our architect, Jorge Pernas, was a TOTAL pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Jorge was friendly, responsive and professional. His approach to the redesign of our home was both forward thinking and also very reflective of our personal taste. We have worked with other architects in the past and we have NEVER had a better working relationship with such a talented professional. Price was established upfront and was not changed during the course of our renovation. There were no special charges for surprises from changes in building code or existing infrastructure (which can never be all discovered before demolition commences) as the home was renovated. He made frequent trips to the job site and worked beautifully with our general contractor (Culver Development). Mr Pernas is a talented architect who is current with all building codes in both Ft Lauderdale and Miami. If you want an architect who is talented enough to not only teach our new generation of architects (which he also does) and also will stand-by you through-out your project, then this is your man.
