Description of Work: Showed up for bedroom refinishing estimate and when I was finally ready 4 months later to do the work they honored the original estimate and were prompt about scheduling it. They were prompt and always called if there was a small delay in getting back to finish the next day. Floors look great.

 + -1 moreThey did a fabulous job. They were fast and efficient, finishing the job quickly. Their crew was very pleasant. I was only inconvenienced for two days and now my floors look like new. The crew also made sure everything was cleaned up properly.
Description of Work: Craftsman sanded our old floors, mopped down and varnished all of the hardwood floors in our house, includes a living room, 2 bedrooms, hallway, entryway and dining room, about 900 square foot total.

 + -1 moreCraftsman came to our house and gave us an estimate of the work (within a week of my initial contact with them). The repair area was relatively small, so the estimate was for the minimum amount the company would take ($550 + cost of wood - which, for our floors was only $100). We had also gotten an estimate from another company, $600. The first day of work, the workers were to show up between 8 and 9am. They did not show up until 12-noon and the company's co-owner did not call to let me know that they were going to be late b/c they had to finish up another job before coming to our house. This was the only problem we had with them. It took approximately 10 hours to complete the work (over 2 days), and it was almost perfect (a few tiny gaps between some of the old planks and the replaced planks, but you only see it if you are really looking for it). We were very happy with their work, and will definitely use them again (we have some other repairs and refinishing we need done).
Description of Work: Craftsman repaired some water-damaged hardwood floor planks approximately 50 square feet.
