Description of Work: Steve took one look and immediately identified the problem. The fan/motor was kaput and had to be replaced. In 45 minutes or less, the problem was solved and so far, so good! I hope I won't have to see Steve again for a while, but if I need AC repairs in the future, I will call him!

Description of Work: Service call and repair. I LOVE Steve from Cool-Aid and have recommended him to many of my neighbors and friends...all who are equally happy with him. Only a/c guy allowed in my home. Very honest guy.

Never a glitch, always a solution carried out with a smile. My first encounter with the company was a new installation at my personal home, the unit still serves me in a reliable manner with only minor maintenance. If you have air conditioning issues, New, Old, or expansions this is the firm to deal with in South Florida, they ar not the largest but they are simply the best. They have done tens of thousands of $ worth of work, for me and my friends, associates and referrals..
