Eddie arrived on time and proceeded to do a fabulous setup and data transfer seamlessly. Best work I've seen in almost 40 years experience with computers.

Edwin showed up on time and proceeded to setup a new computer and transfer all files faster than anyone ever has in decades. Previously experiences with other companies require additional visits and never achieved the desired setup. He was cordial, listened closely to my objectives and more than achieved them. Bottom Line: He was great!

Excellent service, reliable and great communication by Dan and staff as always. Have been a customer for several years now with various jobs on my computer. I won't go anywhere else. It's a bit uncomfortable when you notice your screen is total blue with the mouse arrow moving around attempting to search your personal information on it's own, so I called him and ask for help immediately. He explained what was required and what I needed to do to secure my personal information before completely wiping the drive clean, resolving the issue. I was more than happy with the service provided.

Dan and his colleagues are the best in the business. Their cloud backup service saved me when I got hacked, along with recreating my system back to normal. In between, whatever issues come up, always there to assist and resolve those issues and get me going again. Always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. First of all, the computer is still functioning slowly. It takes minutes for my Yahoo page to load; as well as others. The other problem is that since the hard drive was reformated due to the fact that the hard drive crashed, I had to resign to other websites such as Instagram and YouTube. It seems that these websites did not recognize the reformated hard drive. The third problem was that a whole bunch of providers came and are still calling since I went to Angi. Once the repairs are made Angi needs to stop these other providers.

I had an emergency this morning as I was trying to populate from 1 program to another. I received a call from Computer IT Solutions/Dan the owner and on the spot he took care what I needed at that moment. It was fantastic and I could never have been able to do what he did as it became a very complicated situation but he stayed on the phone and worked thru the issues until it was finished and done. The programs are now up and working as they should and as I needed. I will just say the price was amazing for the work and efforts. I don't know if they mention "computer and cellphone training" as one of their specialties, but they definitely do it and are great at it!

Connectivity between PC and wireless printer was not working. Tech arrived at our home within 3 hours and quickly solved the problem plus did general clean-up & maintenance on PC. Couldn't have asked for more.

Dan was great, needed to get my wife's new company issued laptop connected /added to existing computer set up at home office so she could start working new job on Monday. Dan came out on New Years eve to make sure her system was up and running which my wife and I really appreciated, job was well done, I would recommend Computer Solutions and Dan highly - Best Part - better value than Geek Squad which wanted considerably more and would have taken days for someone to come out.
