I originally reached out to this business to retrieve information from the hard drive of my old Mac that was not working. They told me that they were not able to retrieve it, so I said, No problem; just return the computer. They insisted on working on the computer, and they can bring my Mac up to speed... When the computer was returned, neither the original mouse nor the original keyboard, which appeared to be bolted shut... the owner then called two different employees, each of whom told a different story about whether they tested the mouse and keyboard... Anyway, I went ahead and purchased another compatible Mac mouse and keyboard that have not worked... The owner never reached back out to see if I had rectified the situation. awful experience and a waste of time...

Dan replied immediately to my call on New Years day and discussed the likely problems we were experiencing and how they would fix them. He was also the only call back that discussed fees, which were surprisingly fair. Angel was at my home two days later exactly on time, fixed two computers at the same time, and both of them now work exceptionally well. I received great customer service and effective computer problem solving. My wife is HAPPY! What else do you need to know? We will use them again, without question.

Talked to Dan over Thanksgiving holiday. He was the only computer tech to call me at that time. Dan said he was out of town will be glad to help when he comes back. Dan called first thing Monday morning, got the address and his associates replaced my battery laptop it in a timely manner. I like the fact that Dan contacted me even during a holiday and how he followed up first thing in Monday morning; his persistence is what made me a customer.

Computer It Solutions did a great job on my lap top. My computer was very tired and having a great deal of trouble with ?the cloud.? I especially needed to save my files, which Edwin was able to do. I consider them very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.
