The customer service is not all that great sometimes. The cable, internet and phone is ok. They guy that came to do my instillation was rude to me and he came late. He got here and was doing his job ok and when he was ready to set up my internet on my phone I had the talk back feature on because I was visually impaired and he got annoyed because I was doing it my way. He said to me if I could practice some other time and he was touching the screen. I called Comcast and complained and I got a credit back.
Description of Work: I use Comcast and the serve is pretty good.

Tech came and said problem was outside. Outside crew said problem was inside. After a month of this nonsense, a tech came to the house and fixed the problem inside. He gave me his number and said to call if there was a further problem. I don't use it that often and when I noticed a problem I called him . It had been a couple of weeks before I noticed the problem because I had been out of town. I called him and left messages a few times but he never called back. I finally called Comcast to tell them what had happened and that I needed my DVD player fixed ... whatever their tech had done needed to be undone! The woman I spoke with said that the DVD player is not Comcast equipment and therefore I'd have to pay for them to come and fix whatever their tech had done to it. I didn't do anything to it, he did ! I don't see why I'd have to pay to have something fixed that Comcast was responsible for breaking! I had to have someone else come and fix the DVD player for me... and it was the tech's error. If they weren't the only game in town I wouldn't use them at all for anything!
