Description of Work: The company in Pembroke Pines from which I purchased the package were very nice, but there was a major problem with Comcast. | |Comcast installers found my house too difficult on which to work and said that if I wanted to have TV cable, I would have to do all the wiring of my house myself. The supervisor promised to come and discuss the situation with me but never showed. | |They did refund the deposit I had made.

Their prices are ridiculously high. I pay $180 a month for tv service. I do have the complete package but it started off at $110 and keeps increasing. Their customer service is terrible, very unprofessional and abrupt. I was promised a smaller package with less channels for less money, when I changed the package all the cable channels they promised me were not turned on. If I want to go back to my old cable program They want to charge me $200 for cable connection. I would not recommend them.

I had no issues with the actual product. The only issue I had with them was with the installers. They were not really that professional. They made some mistakes and they never came back to secure things.

Every year we return to Miami from the NY/NJ area. Every year I have to have a Comcast technician come out to the condo to re-install my tv/internet services. This year went fairly easy in comparison to the past, but I still can't believe that with all the snowbirds like myself, that there is not an easier way to implement this service.
Description of Work: Re-provided service that was on seasonal hold.

The pricing is getting to be a little much. The service sometimes gets interrupted. Nothing to write home about. they haven't had to come to my house for a while. The phone service is ok but the people they put on the front lines are not "desk trained".
