Their rep came out and gave an estimate. She followed up with an email. I emailed back twice with questions. She never responded. I called her cell. She never called back. I lost the date of the move because of her incompetence. I spoke with the manager who was very cavalier about the situation and didn't offer assistance. I now have to find another mover.
