+ -1 moreHorrible. Do not use this contractor or his subs. Consider this a warning. You will be sorry. If there was a rating below F this contractor would surely fall into that category.
Description of Work: It is very important that anyone considering new home construction or remodeling that they stay very clear from this contractor. Even though I had caps, per the contract, on many of the areas of construction, the builder far exceeded these caps, particularly with regards to the Supervisors salary. Alex Rodriquez, the owner thinks he knows everything about accounting, however, he continually misbilled. With each montly invoice he sent me, I made all the proper corrections, paid him what he was due and documented same to him. By his own admission, he never looked at anything I sent him, with the exception of his check. Needless to say, when we got to the end of construction, there was a large difference. Since I knew I was correct and he was wrong, and proved it countless times to him, he sent this case to arbitraton. I would like to point out that we did not have hot water in our master shower for over one year. There were so many plumbing problems that I was required to have fixed at my own expense, in excess of $10,000.00. Additionally, there were numerous electrical problems as well, including sparking in the light switch for the powder bath. The plumber was Wilcons Plumbing. I don't believe he actually came to the house during construction over a dozen times. He should definitely not be in the custom home business. I could go on and on about all the problems with home. It has taken almost two years to correct these problems.

+ 0 moreTHE MAN THAT CAME WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND POLITE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AS HE WAS DOING IT. HE ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD AND HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY CONCERNS WERE IMPORTANT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED TWO LIGHT FIXTURES AND A 220 OUTLET PLUG FOR MY DRYER.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. I FELT THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THE SINK HAS STARTED LEAKING AND, THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. THE WORK THAT THEY DID SEEMED FINE AT FIRST BUT, EVERYTHING IS STARTING TO DETERIORATE AS TIME GOES BY.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED MY KITCHEN.
