We scheduled a time and date for her to meet with us at the house. She ended up cancelling 20 minutes before she was supposed to arrive at our house, very unprofessional. After I told her I would call someone else she asked me if I only need a one time cleaning or by weekly or every month...... basically saying she would clean it only if I needed more than one cleaning. The nerve of this lady, I mean doesn't she know there are hundreds of other people who really need the work and are willing to actually work. Ana if you are reading this know that we were going to use you for 1-2 times every month. That's $100 - $200 extra a month you would have made. But due to the lack of your consideration for our time we chose not to use you or your services.
