I placed the information for dryer vent cleaning in Home Advisor and Henry called me immediately. He was very professional and polite. Once we got to the job site he explained to me what he was going to and what he needed to be done to fix the problem. Henry handle the situation and fix what was wrong. He stayed in the house until he knew it was working properly. Henry was very reliable and dependable. I previously had hired American Service and they did not fix the problem. The company was unreliable and the technician was very rude. I will hire Clean Air Duct again if necessary.

I had brand new white acrylic cabinets installed last week. While installing the over the range microwave. He made a 2 inch gouge on the front cabinet door. Which now I will have to replace. Before starting i asked if he needed help. He said no.

Henry showed up the same day I called albeit it was not until after 6 PM because he had to fight rush hour traffic for an hour and a half to get here. He did an exceptionally good job cleaning my clothes dryer vent and the lint aftermath. He even honored the 10% coupon that I found on his website. Needless to say the price was right for a job well done.
