They were prompt and courteous. The work was excellently done. Given that roofs are crucial, and particularly in Miami, trust in a job well done was key. I would happily hire them again.

JC did the initial inspection and said instead of a follow up meeting he would call me...this was 5 days ago. I have called twice and sent 2 emails today with no reply

Do not use this company. I hired them to fix a leak and 3 years later I have the exact same problem in the exact same place. I called them about warranty and they said it is only one year but I can hire them again to fix the problem!! Are you serious?! They want me to hire them AGAIN to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place. My new neighbor, who knows about construction, took a look and showed me the problem. These “professionals” add concrete to SOME areas. As you can see in the pictures there is one area without any concrete at all. You can see how my fingers fill the gap. They left a hole around two inches, one foot long wide4 inches deep!!!

City Roofing was terrific. I called and they sent someone to measure the next day. City made an appointment with me to install the gutter guards, and their serviceman arrived on time and in less than 2 hours cleaned and completed the installation.

Excellent company to do any type of roof work on your property, they were very professional and completed a high quality job in record time by 12-28-2018. My rental property located in Panama City, FL was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael; it had a tree feel into the roof that broke several trusts. They quickly repair all structural damage to the roof and a brand new roof was installed. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will surely recommend to friends and family. If the roof was not done so quickly, then the house would have suffered extensive water damaged due to the constant rain in the Panama City area. It was a pleasure to work with some of the staff from City Roofing: 1. Mario Famada, the owner and very knowledagble in the roofing field. 2. Jackie Espinosa, the Roof Repair manager coordinator. 3. Wilmer Torres, the Roofing Consultant person. 4. Samuel and his crew were the guys responsible for the actual roof repairs and installation of the new roof. City Roofing main office is located in Miami, but their satellite branch is in Panama City, which made my research and decision to select them for my roof repair a lot easier especially after reading their reviews. It took to emails to this company to get a response.. They stated a sales person would contact me.. that never happened. I'm not going to chase these folks. What else can I say? If they are busy, I get that, at-least send me a courtesy email saying you all are busy.. but don't lie to me and say someone will contact me. Bad business.

The roofers were professional and polite. They were always on time and finished the job efficiently in a timely manner. They were also very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof repaired.

It was an excellent experience. The company did what the job required, it was done promptly, professionally and the work was finished when they said it would be. Their workers are courteous, professional and on time. I would use City Roofing again and would definitely recommend their services

excellent knowledge of damage and material and technique to use. Four workers showed up and got it going real quick (rains were predicted most of the time). They dug up the bad materials and I was amazed that the previous people had circumvented the real problem.... I am so happy to have this company do my roof. The main office was awesome and it gave us the feeling that me as a customer was an important thing for them and that they would make sure the job was well done. Got follow up calls from the office advising of changes in schedule and assurance job would be done....really happy

The second time I have used them and I can’t say enough good things about them. Everyone was very helpful. Couldn’t do the repair on the scheduled Friday because of rain but they came on Saturday and Zip-Zap the roof leaks no more. 12 on a 10 scale

Everything went great, they started working before the scheduled start date, which was great for me as it was raining a lot after and they had already fixed the issue.

It went extremely well. I scheduled an inspection which happened as scheduled. (They require a $50 deposit for the inspection which was reimbursed after the work done. I was hesitant about this deposit but in reality it assured me that they would really show up.) The work was budgeted and scheduled in writing via email which is very convenient. The same person did the inspection executed the work. Be aware that the inspector is required not to talk to the client; all information must come from the office, however they allowed me to talk to him in conference call which worked out perfectly. The roofer will take photos before and after the work. I wished he had taken more photos, you may want to ask exactly what photos you want. Great experience, highly recommended.

Candy, Mario and Natasha were very helpful on getting this project to the finish line. All concerns were addressed within minutes and solutions were efficiently handled. Thank you for helping us with this project, everything came out great!! I Strongly recommend it!!

City Roofing is an excellent firm. They are responsive, professional, thorough and they provide excellent quality at a great price. They also stand behind their work. We have employed City Roofing in the past and will do so again if the need arises.

It was a very good experience. The staff was extremely curious, and to my surprise they set me up immediately, and my work was all done with in a week! From estimate to completed work. I was very happy with the way I was treated, they were very professional. I would definitely recommend them. :)

The estimator Mr. Perez came to the house measure the roof and some other replacements I wanted to complete, left told me he would be back the following Saturday and he did not, I called him spoke to him he said he had old me it was the following Saturday (not true) again did not showed or called, after this I called him twice and never got back to me. Bad business all around I hired another roofing contractor

Not living in the area where I own several properties, I rely on Angie’ list often for help and I have not been disappointed EXCEPT for City Roofing. I called on June 5 and an appointment was set for their next available, June 26th. The arrangements were made with Jackie who took down all the details and did say that there was a $50.00 appointment fee that would be deducted from any work done. I had no doubt whatsoever about the appointment being set or that there were any issues until the day before my appointment when I called to reconfirm the time since I had made travel arrangements and taken the day off from work to be at the property as early as possible. My conversation was with a woman who identified herself as the Manage (I do have her name and she was so incredibly surly, nasty and authoritative that I will not embarrass her by posting her name as I suspect she is related to the owner). I asked to speak with the owner, Mario Famada, and was told he was out of the country and requested to leave a message ….I know….good luck with that! In summary she told me that my appointment had been cancelled and asked me if I had paid the $50.00 which I replied no. I was in disbelief and informed the “Manager” that I knew of the $50.00 charge but was never told that it had to be paid before the appointment…it did not even occur to me that my appointment had been cancelled for any reason, much less for not prepaying the $50.00. I repeated how I had spoken with Jackie in great detail about the roof and not even remotely did she inform me that they needed the $50.00 pre-paid. I would have paid it...no issues. Things went down from there…and I must say that I was upset at the total disaster with my appointment and the woman’s tone and made the error of telling her that my rating would not be positive. Not for one moment did this “Manager” contemplate that they messed up. She went on to say how she had trained Jackie herself (and therefore infallible?) and that they never make an appointment without having payment first. With continued unpleasant attitude she said someone could come out on July 5 which I had to decline since I would not be in town. The next available was July 10th which I accepted. I started to give her my credit card info and asked about the 5% off from Angie’s list. She asked me to hold a moment, came back on the phone and with renewed nastiness told me that she had spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, that I had already told her my reviews would not be positive and that I should go someplace else. To the Manager -I strongly recommend that you devote time and effort in improving your client interaction skills and that it is ok to apologize even if you somehow can’t fathom that your employee neglected to provide full details. As you say, you are very busy and could miss a step in the process. I don’t know about the quality of your work, but I know the quality of your business character and it’s an F.
