I will definitely hire again. City managed all aspects of the entire project. It was not a big job but it was complicated by the manner things were connected. It required roof work, screen enclosure work, gutter work and plaster work. Miss Rocha of City coordinated all the estimates required and later coordinated the process with all the contractors. Everyone was timely,polite and it quickly became obvious, knew what they were doing. I truly can't say enough. They were great!

12/16/2019 Our new roof is excellent. It is a beautiful and highly functional metal roof that has ended our damaging leaks, reduced our high electric bills, added years of life to our AC system and even garners admiration from our neighbors. There is no doubt that in addition to being wonderful to work with, they run an expert company of very fine professionals. This roof was 29 years old, also known as Mount Everest due to the extreme pitch, has three levels and gave us all some not good surprises including --Completely rotted chimney that needed replacement --Chimney cap replacement --Replacing rotted trusses --Installing hundreds of hurricane straps Other surprises include the lengths they went to --Make sure the new chimney stone complemented our home's existing exterior stone work --Replaced rotted fascia with the same grain and type of cedar --Sealed the fascia to match it to the existing fascia --replaced the gutters to not only finally work (our existing ones were non functional) but also made them beautiful we did extensive background checks on city roofing and similar competing roofers. I personally looked up every relevant permit for work done by all so I could judge how many completed roof projects by contractor, follow up repairs or issues, and related. Despite this, we were still a little apprehensive because the project was so big and we knew we'd have a large crew here daily. Also, as much as we liked their salesperson (jackie) we were expecting speed bumps between what was sold and what we got. Amazing: jackie might be one of a handful of completely honest sales people. A pleasure to work with. The crew was a revelation. On time every day, from gate entry to getting up on the roof and starting work under five minutes, no cell phones, no cigarettes, very respectful of our property. Really, a joy to welcome them into our home There is no way this roof was going to be cheap. But you get what you lay for, excellent results and top notch service and respect for our property

I recommend this company anytime, from the start of the first call all the employees are very professional especially Natasha Rufin The employees arrived on time for the job after they finished they cleant the place up. The work they do is amazing very professional work you will not have to call them back again I guarantee this. The price is very reasonable for the work they do, if you need a new roof or a wall repaired trust me they are your guy.

This company is very customer service focused. This is my third time to call them for various roofing issues and they always answer the phone and respond in very reasonable time. I trust their honesty and quality of their work. I have never been stood up and the result of their work has stood the test of few years so far. They will be my first phone call for any future roofing needs.

City Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They completed the work as promised and on time.

City Roofing gave me an estimate of $1,060.00 They were right on time. The two young men were very polite and immediately started replacing the tiles. It took them almost the entire day. I paid them at the end of the installation.

City Roofing was incredible. Out of 4 estimates we received, they were the only roofing company that not only quickly identified an insurance issue, but navigated me through the entire process making it easy and painless. Jackie Espinosa was the salesperson who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She provided me with a roof design consultation offering options and thorough explanations. She was also very helpful with making suggestions when asked creating an end product that made us very happy. The whole team at City Roofing was phenomenal - (Thank you Mario, Natasha, Tiana and Marta.) The roofing crew was professional, extremely neat and did a great job. They also have an app that allows you to track the project progress and communicate directly with the company team. I highly recommend City Roofing as a company you can trust - they were able to gain mine and that's not an easy thing for me!

I had some shabby repairs from another roofer that I needed fixing ASAP, City Roofing found me a cancellation and came the next day, the service team was calling me after hours to make sure everything would go as I needed and the repair people came in early on a Saturday as I needed the job to be finished by noon. They bent over backwards for the very inflexible needs I had which is almost unheard of. Upon inspection (and after having to learn more than I'd have wanted about roofing after that 1st guy), I also believe their work is top notch. Two thumbs up, five stars.

The repair was handled very well. Some decking had to be replaced. The employees showed up on time and right to work. The work area was cleaned up on both days of service. Outstanding customer service and work! With the rain season fast approaching, I was desperate to get this job done. Stephanie got an appointment for me the very next day to do a site survey. After the survey, I received the estimate as promised and the work was completed in a superb manner. Thanks to CIty Roofing, I can relax knowing my house is protected against water damage due to the rain season!

A very professional and customer service oriented company. They were always able to answer any of my questions, and gave me daily updates of the work completed, and what to expect next. A top notch company that I would 100% recommend to anyone that needs any type of roof work needed.

The estimator/lead repair technician (Inmer) was very professional and diligent in his work. I am especially gratefulthat (for the 2nd time) he and his associate werer able to complete the repairs without breaking any tiles. Due to rain, this recent job had to be postponed a coupe times but the office kept in touch with me and made sure that i got an early timeslot once the rain held up. I have used this company on a few occasions over the past 3-4 years and always had a great experience. I would hghly recommend them.
