Mario and staff were all very professional and efficient from being on time for the initial visit and estimate to completion of the job. There was a glitch with getting the town inspector to approve the sky light, but Mario was good with dealing with the matter. I would highly reccommend them.

Mario Famada came and inspected my roof, including a previous repair done by another company that was suspect (visually the repair did not look complete). He had Amado enter the attic to make sure they assessed the previous repair thoroughly. They made the necessary improvements to make sure the area was completely sealed and would not leak. They also replaced some broken tiles on my roof. They issued an insurance certification which I needed. They were prompt, professional and thorough. I will definitely use them for future roofing needs and I highly recommend them

Overall, I am satisfied with the result and I'm happy with the work. They went over and above what was covered in the Big Deal. He took before and after pictures for me of where they replaced the tile. I think everything looks fine.

Outstanding. Very professional. The inspected the roof, replaced the broken tiles and caulked a few areas, all for $149. To top it off they issued a certificate to our insurance company informing them that our roof was in excellent condition. I was impressed in how professional they were.

Contacted City Roofing on Wed. March 20th, spoke with Candy. She was very profesional and extrmely courteous over the phone. I explained to her that I needed to get my roof life expectancy re-certified for my insurance company to renew my policy. She was completely understanding and was able to refer my information to the correct employee that would be performing the job. Later that day I recieved an email from Mario Famada, that he would be contacting me later in the afternoon to get more information regarding the estimate that was needed. When we spoke, he was very professional also and knew exactly what I needed done. We set up the apointment for that same Friday morning. On friday I recieved a phone call form Mario that he was ont he way and was very punctual. He completed his inspectio in a timely manner and was on his way. Was surprised me most about dealing with City Roofing is their high level of professionalism and how advanced they are in keeping contact with their customers. From email confirmation to being able to pay for the services via PayPal, that in itself makes dealing with a roofing company so much easier. I would definitly use City Roofing again in the future.

I purchased the "Big Deal" from Angie's list to have City Roofing inspect and repair my roof and provide me with a certificate for insurance. Two workers arrived on time (a little early, actually) and got right to work. They replaced several broken tiles and sealed a few problem areas. I was then given pictures of the roof and an inspection certificate via e-mail the next day. They were neat, professional and prompt. Would definitely use them again!

Looked at reviews on Angie's List and called several roofers but finalized City Roofing Inc. Amaru was on time for the estimate and was very professional and gave me the impression that he knew his business. After reviewing quotes from several other vendors on Angie's List, I decided to go with Amaru even though he wasn't the cheapest because his diagnosis appeared to be the most accurate. Even though he had a pretty full schedule, he was nice enough to accommodate my project at short notice because there was rain on the horizon. The day of the project, Amaru and his colleague arrived right on time and got to work straight away. They complete the project on time, and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and the job done and provided several photos of various stages of the repair work carried out. He also fixed several other tiles on the roof that needed repair free of cost. I would strongly recommend City Roofing with Amaru and his Team for any project, as they are very honest, straightforward and genuine.

City Roofing contacted my immediately after I purchased the deal through Angies list. We scheduled an appointment. The team arrived on time and got right to work. They were thorough, and took pictures with their smart phones, so that as they explained my roofing issues, they were able to explain and show me pictures, so I could see what they mean. We will have the work done as soon as we resolve the relocation of our air conditioning unit from its current location on the roof to a ground level location.

Amaru the roof tech was excellent. Prompt and punctual. Got right to work. Candy and Amaru from City Roofing were very responsive, prompt, punctual and reliable -- a gem of a company in a city like Miami. For that reason, I highly recommend City Roofing for one's roofing needs.

Good Day, I rarely give my opinion on a service or product, but I personally told Mr. Amaru that I will comment about his work on angieslist.com because his did an excellent job and because I came across his company through this site. I called different contractors to do an inspection and to give me a cost estimate on apparent leaks in the bathroom and in one are of the overhang. Mr. Amaru was the only one who actually crawled through the attic (this was tough because there is a narrow space to move around in the attic) and took pictures of the actual problem affecting the bathroom's leak. He was the only one who actually tested the leak in the overhang by pouring water, with a hose, on top of it. By just doing this he beat all the competition, who only concentrated on taking a quick look of the roof and throwing cost numbers at me. He also gave me a reasonable prize and the most important thing: the quality of his work was outstanding. I will definitely call him again if another issue comes around and I encourage everyone on this site to give him a call and try his service. Thanks a lot Mr. Amaru! Work Description: ! Remove 6 roof tile around the led stack. Remove the old led of the pipe to put a new one. Install a ruberoid target. Remove 2x3 ft. of wood (sofit) to install a new one. Replace an atic vent.

I made an appointment. He was punctual, he brought the appropriate equipment. He went on my roof and when he came down, discussed what he found. He listened to my concerns and questions and addressed each one. He then delivered a written estimate of possible repairs the next day.

I called City Roofing and they sent out their estimator that same day. The estimator was very knowledgeable and gave me an overall assessment of my roof. The scope of work was detailed and most of all it specified that the materials would be Miami Dade Approved and installed according to Florida Building Code. This was extremely important to me because with the way insurance companies have been behaving lately if you don't have Miami Dade Approved Material with the proper Notice of Approval they will not give you certain credits for your roof. This was a big relief to me because I knew I wasn't in for any surprises later on down the road and I had all my supporting documentation, if that need should arise. As soon I agreed to the repair, the skylights were ordered and the following day my repair was done right in time for Thanksgiving. It was a great experience, true professionals.

My main objective was to get an unbiased review of my roof before an inspector was sent out. The technician from City Roofing was very helpful with pointing things out that they might find. Once I received the report from the inspection the technician from City Roofing spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me going over that inspector’s report so I understood everything and made sure everything was taken care of. He was able to answer my questions right when I called, which was nice.
