They did everything well and their cost was very good, but they took almost three months to complete. Thank heavens my husband put a tarp over the roof when they said they would be delayed, because it would have rained in.

They were a pleasure to communicate with and had a very competitive bid. I had a very difficult decision, but selected another company who seemed to be more familiar with area's permitting cost, with both bids being in the same cost range. I would recommend them as a source for roofing problems and replacement.

They were one of two companies I contacted. I had used the other company before and was disposed toward them, but CR was more responsive and cheaper. They started and finished the job within about 8 days of my having accepted their bid. We're happy.

We couldn't have been happier with this company. Previously, we had a nightmare company do some serious damage. They tarped the roof incorrectly in the middle of a job. It rained heavily one evening and caused enormous damage to our home. They then decided not to return to finish the job. I called several companies looking to get an estimate to complete the work, but the few I called did not want to be bothered because they did not want to get involved with switching the permits over. Thankfully I called City Roofing. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable regarding permits. She had Erick contact me right away. He quoted us a fair price, and the work started shortly after. Erick was in constant contact with us throughout the job. He always let me know when his workers would be there. They were always prompt and finished the job quickly. This company is so professional. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to friends and family.

A couple of days before the job started we received a call from Mario to let us know that a dump truck would be arriving and parked in our yard, next to the house, to catch all the debris from the roof. The first day 11 men arrived to work on the roof and when they left that day most of the roof has been stripped of the old shingles and there was new tar paper in their place. The crew left the area around my home immaculate, NOT a piece of tar paper, old shingles or nails were on the ground. Second day the crew returned, less men, to finish stripping off the rest of the old shingles and put sheeting where needed and applying tar paper to the area just stripped. The crew started laying the new shingles and called for the first inspections, it passed. The crew returned the next day to try and finish shingling the roof, very large roof. They finished the shingling and we got our final inspection, passed. The crew was the cleanest, neatest, and nicest crew that we have ever come across.. They laid down tarps to protect your plants, furniture, a/c unit around the house and at the end of each day cleaned and removed any and all debris. After the job was finished and inspection, Mario came by with the release of lien from the supplier, certificate of Warranty 10 years.

It was a matter of aging. Some of the plywood needed to be replaced and the channels resealed and retiled. I found them to be efficient, professional, skilled and clean. The workmen were pleasant, there was over sight each day. They knew enough to reuse old tiles in areas that were visible from the road and used the new tiles in less conspicuous areas. You really don't notice the repair work. As to pricing I did not get other quotes so, but I don't know how they rate in that area. They came to look at the job within 24 hrs. of my call. They gave me fast installation date, within 24 hrs. of my decision. They had an excellent rating from Angie's. At this point I can find no fault with the work. They will be called back for future repair jobs.

Excellent -- Erick came and identified that our leak from our air conditioning system not the roof -- spent 40 minutes with us going over the roof and into our very small attic. Refused payment. Great guy. Will use this company to replace our roof in two years.

It was great, we had them scheduled for a date (and actually came earlier) than the projected date. Job was done quickly, efficiently and I would highly recommend them to others.

I was very happy with City Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. I love their estimator and point-of-contact Erick, who was very patient and informative while I dithered about what type of roofing material I wanted. While the work was going on, Erick stopped by every day to check on things and to answer any questions I might have. As the roofers removed the old roof, they unfortunately found that the wall around my chimney had a leak and therefore some serious water damage. They let me know right away and I had to hire a construction company to address that issue while City continued their work. This caused more delays than usual, but the re-roof went smoothly and looks beautiful. I found City Roofing's staff to be very hardworking and courteous, and they were very good about cleaning up after they were done. While they worked, they replaced rotten plywood and beams that were damaged from the leak and/or termites. This caused my bill to be a few hundred dollars higher than estimated but that was not a surprise at all, because Erick had already explained to me that this was a possibility, especially in an old house like mine.

Excellent. Mario provided the estimate and served as our go to person throughout the project. His customer service is perfect, he is friendly and clearly hard working. The project itself went well. We are very pleased with the work and company.

Because the work he did at the end of the job he reduced the cost for me because it was less than he expected. Very honest and did a good job. He personally came out here and reviewed the work. Was here when he said he would be, his workers worked very efficiently and explained everything to me.

To be honest, yes the workers arrived a little late but that is to be expected when living in a big city like Miami, so I can easily over look it. As soon as the work crew arrived I was imediately asked to describe the problem to them, they had gotten a report from Mario but wanted to hear it from me. I showed them roughly where the repair work needed to be done and also the extent of the damage on the interior, that way they had a general idea before going up on the roof. Once that was out of the way they began their work and within 2 hours they were done with minimal mess to clean up. In fact, there was no mess on the ground, they were able to keep it all contained up on the roof. After the work was done, one of them came to show me pictures of the before, during and after. That right there gave me peace of mind that they actually did the job, and did it correctly.

Mario, the owner of City Roofing, and his men worked diligently to a complete the new roof . The insurance company had given me a deadline before cancellation. We faced a few obstacles, mainly inclement weather. However, the workers replaced the roof in between rain drops and the results are a beautiful new roof. They were meticulous and clean. The workers cleaned up the entire property every night before they ended the day. Would I use this company again? Absolutely!

Rick did a great job. Arrived early and was waiting outside. Did a thorough inspection and was honest in his assesment. We do not need any repairs at the time, but would definately call him. Overall, also very happy with Angie's list contractors.

It was very good and I was able to choose the type of roofing I wanted. I chose them because of their pricing and the customer service was very good. He also had good ratings on the Angie's List website. The cleaned up any messes they made and seemed very knowledgeable.

They were great. They were prompt, inexpensive, and they gave us a report for insurance. We would use them again if we needed another roof job done.

They came out and gave me the estimate. They were very professional and they did a very good follow up. I did not decide to use them. They quoted me $6000 for the work.

Well- timely, responsive and honest

It went very well. The contractor worked on the job diligently and accomplished it in good time. I made inquiries during the process and these were addressed promptly and efficiently. Also any information requested was provided promptly

City Roofing Inc were responsive but told me I had a larger area of roofing than the advertised Big Deal of $699 for a complete roof so they would have to charge me more which was the same price as competitors. I replied to City Roofing Inc saying thank you for your proposal. Your proposal is not a special deal as I initially thought from Angie's List. Your figures are the same as other estimates I have received and even higher than some. I was really looking for a roofer who could repair my roof at a reasonable rate. The roofing guy technician I spoke to was not professional. I would probably use them if the rate was right but the Big Deal was misleading.

Advertise $6599 but when they come out they say you are not qualified for the promotion but gives you am estimate for over $10,000. The ad states 2000 sq ft I was 1800. Seems to me they would have made out on the deal since it was smaller than what they price they gave for a larger square foot home. Thanks.

Excellent, the crew completed the repairs and flat roof maintenance within schedule. They were competent, and polite. City Roofing guaranteed its work for two years.
